The next day, Soraya's normal school schedule continued. She saw no signs of Angel and she didn't bother calling his name. "Do you have any plans today?" Apple asked as they walked down the hall side by side.

"No, why?"

"I was thinking if we could watch a movie together?" Apple asked, grinning with delight. Soraya smiled, "Apple, why don't you just ask him out? We can't continue going to the cinema as a gang when I'm just an excuse to not call it a date."

"But where is the fun in that?"Apple said with a grin.

"What are we talking about?"Dakota asked as he swung an arm on Apple's shoulder. Apple jumped startled from his sudden appearance, she punched his shoulder softly as he feigned a hurt. Soraya cleared her throat interrupting them, " I will be going to class now, you coming?" She gestured at Apple.
Apple nodded leaving Dakota sulking.
After school, they headed down to the cinema. They talked and teased themselves but Angel was still stuck on Soraya's mind.

"So what movie are we watching?" Apple asked.

"Not a romance movie," Dakota said making Apple protest. Soraya was busy scanning through the movie list, scrunching her nose at the ones she disapproved of. Apple pointed at one that read 'Angel'. Soraya blinked again thinking it was her head messing with her. She didn't get much sleep last night due to the events earlier but when she looked at it again, it was still the same. "Apple what movie is that?" Soraya pointed.

"Breaking Laws", She replied.

Soraya sighed in relief. Apple looked at her, worry etched on her face, it mirrored that of Dakota's too. "Are you okay?" Apple asked. Soraya nodded with a small reassuring smile.

"What's the movie about?" Dakota asked moving over to Apple, pressing himself on her. Soraya smiled at their childishness as she stared at them longing for such affection. More people had come since they stood there, choosing the movies they were going to watch. "it's about a couple who struggle to clear their daughter's name off a murder case, sounds cliché if you ask me."

They argued a little on a change of movie but later agreed on Breaking laws. Halfway through the movie, Soraya got hungry and went to get more popcorn. "Hi, it's anyone here?" Soraya asked, ringing the bell placed on the counter, no one came out. She flipped through the movie magazine until her eyes landed on the name 'Angel'. She shook her head, "Nope, not today window boy."

"What?"

She quickly closed the magazine her eyes looking up to see a boy around her age. He was alluring with tattoos her mother would have dropped dead looking at. She doesn't know how long she stared at his neck down to his arms until she heard him clear his throat.

'Shit'.

"It's a lyric from a song, yeah it's not a popular song, actually my grandfather sang the song."She rambled.

He looked at her his eyebrows creasing, "Really? Was he in a band?"

"umm... you know the umm Beatles."

"Yeah, you're lying. I have every song ever made from the Beatles. I did know a lyric when I hear one. What do you want sweetheart?"

She scoffed, "It's Soraya, sweetheart."

He leaned on the counter propping his elbow for his hands to support his face, "you know my mum was part of Destiny's child."

"Really?"

"No sweetheart."

She glared at him, "I just want to get more popcorn."

"Sugar or Salt?"

"Salt."

"That's disgusting."

"You know what? Keep the popcorn to yourself." She said and began to walk away.

"I didn't get your number and you don't even know my name." She heard him say then stopped, "I know it's Micah sweetheart, you have a name tag."
