'Casita started falling apart completely.'

(Y/n)'s POV

Mirabelle went straight for the candle, as well as Camilo and Isabella did.

"Guys! Leave it it's not worth it!" I yelled, hoping I would get them to listen. No success thought.

I decided that I would at least help them get it. I started climbing the ladder Casita made for Mirabelle to go up.

Suddenly Isa's power faded and so did Camilo's, causing them to fall down. I look over to them with worry in my eyes.

"Don't worry querida! We are fine! Just be careful yourself!" (dear) Camilo yelled.

Casita started to push everyone out, as Agusti and Julieta was yelling for Mirabelle and me to live it and go to safety.

Unfortunately for me the thing that was holding the ladder I was climbing broke, causing me to fall backwards.

The least I would get from a fall like that it would be a broken leg or arm, while the most would be death itself.

'Deep breaths (y/n). Deep breaths... I would like to joke about the situation right now, but it's all so overwhelming... I just can't bring myself to joke'

Camilo's POV

She was falling... And Casita isn't able to catch her... She going to fall to her death! No. Not if you go and catch her. Yeah that's what I'll do. I just hope I'll make it on time.

I rash to her, avoiding any part of Casita that was falling.

... She was about to hit the ground...

...

...

... But I caught her.

"Don't worry hermosa. I got you." I told her in a soft voice, as I was frantically looking for somewhere safe as I don't think we would make it to the front door.

Tio Bruno's tower started to fall. Mirabelle made it down and Casita covered her with furnitures. Casita tried covering us as well but due to my panic state I was running to a spot I thought was safe.

As I was about to reach and cover me and (y/n) in a corner, a big crack opened below us, causing us to fall down in it.

Mirabelle's POV

Camilo and (y/n) fall down in a crack just as the house collapsed. I looked at the candle and it was extinguished. I looked over were cami and (y/n/n) had fallen. The crack was filled with pieces of the broken pillars of Casita.

'Wait... If it's filled and they fallen down there... That means they either fallen to their death or have been crashed to death! ... And it's my fault...'

I felt the tears sliding down.

"Mirabelle! Mirabelle. Are you hurt? Were are the others?"my mom said as I looked at her in the eyes.

I looked back to where they had fallen. My tears clearly visible.

Abuela had called for mom and she told me she would be right back. I looked around seeing how I disappointed them all. How I caused Casita to break.

How I caused the death of my cousin and best friend.

I realized that if I stayed longer I would cause even more damage...

So I decided to leave.

Sarah Ramírez's POV

The ground was cracking, so I rush to the madrigal house to check on my sister. I had seen her leave with Mirabelle and I thought they were going to hang out so I didn't ask were they were going, which I now regret. I just hope that they are in Casita and that they are safe.

When I got there I froze in place. The entire place has fallen down.

I looked around and saw how devastated everyone were. I saw señiora Pepa crying so I decided to ask someone else about (y/n).

I went to Dolores, who seemed to be the most calm out of everyone.

"Hey Dolores. Sorry to ask, given to your situation, but have you seen my sister? "

"Oh... Sarah... I-.. *sniff* I'm so sorry, but... she and Camilo weren't able to get to safety on time.. *sniff* A-... an-.. and they

were crashed."

She told me, whispering the last part and barely holding back her tears.

I was shocked.

'I-... I failed her... '

I didn't hold back my tears. I was crying. Dolores gave me a comforting hug, tears of her own skipping down her face, but it didn't help.

'I had promised her that I would protect her... I promised her that I would be there for when she needed me... but I wasn't... What about mom? She can't know that one of her children died! It will effect hers and the baby's health! But how am I supposed to cover it up? '

We heard señiora Julieta shouting for Mirabelle and we noticed how she was missing.

And that's how the search for Mirabelle started.
