The next few days happened in a blink, it went too fast. Like the world was running away from something. I stared at Quinton's big motorbike, it was a Ducati, whatever that is. I bit my lip, Valenzuela would not let me use that motorbike. But hey, let's give it a try.

Walking to them while hopping, I memorized what I wanted to tell him.

"Hey, Val!" I greeted Val, he turned around. He was talking with the other three.

I waved. "Hey, guys!" I murmured. Rio nodded, a soft look on his face while Denim's was plain, unreadable. Quinton looked normal, the same as always.

"What's up?" Valerio asked, crossing his arms.

I shrugged, "Well... no one's using tha— "

"No." he cut me off, I groaned.

"Come on, Val. It'll be fun, motorbike and all." I said. Then I remembered that Quinton owned the bike, not Val. I walked near him, placing my biggest smile. He gave me a confused look.

"What look is that?" Quinton asked.

"Can I borrow your motorbike? I promise I won't scratch it." That's a lie, I don't know how to use a motorbike.

"You don't know how to use a motorbike." Valerio butted in, I glanced at him and then rolled my eyes. That's none of his business.

I pouted at Quinton, my charm obviously not working. "Please, Quinton. Brownies for a month?"

He shook his head, "Two."

I shrugged, two months of baking brownies was easy as pie. I held out my hand.

"Deal?" I asked.

Valerio muttered, standing in between us, his hard gaze on me. This lecture again.

"No, Oceana. I already said it, we're going somewhere later, anyways." He said, chest heaving. I rolled my eyes at him, walking away. I heard them talk again, what was it about, anyway? I'll make good food today, Ellie was still asleep because she finished a book last night, lucky her, I haven't been able to finish any.

And where were we going? Huh. We usually never go out, maybe just for a few hours, and then come back home. I shrugged the thoughts off and started cooking eggs.
