Sunrise Daycare

Sun lives in a small two story house. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and one small living room upstairs. Downstairs is the dining table, and the kitchen. The kitchen being larger than average because he wanted it that way.
Sundrop had grown a beautiful garden in-front of his house. Giving it a warm and cozy look. His garage, since he doesn't own a car, is filled with toys and other stuff...(Glitter glue 😅).
Being a robot, he finds it a waste of money to own a car unless he needs to travel a really long distance. Which in his case has never happened but if it did, he would rent a car..*

* It was 5:00 in the morning.
The sun had two more hours left before rising.
Sun lay in bed charging when his alarm went off.*

BEEP BEEP BEEP !¡!¡

* Sundrop woke up with half lidded eyes.
His room was slightly lit from the moonlight coming though the open curtains. *

Suns POV ☀️

The alarm kept ringing while I layed in bed, still trying to get out.
Work starts at 6 meaning I still had thirty minutes to get ready and ten to run to the daycare.
I may be a sun animatronic, but after taking care of children six days of the week, for twelve hours straight! You develop a sort of lovely relationship with your bed.

Eventually, (20 more min later) I got up at 5:20 am, "better hurry, Eung won't be happy if he gets to work first." I changed into my white dress shirt and my sky blue jeans. I went to the kitchen and grabbed a bite of the banana bread I cooked a few days ago with a glass of milk.

I was created with the ability to do a lot of things. That includes being able to eat, not need a charging station to recharge (I can just sleep like a human would), bathe ( I am waterproof and personally, after a long day, it is WAY easier to clean up in the shower ), feel emotions, think for myself (thanks to the genius who gave me my AI), and do um....adult things too..I'm not sure why, but that's besides my point.

I am pretty strong too. I might not look it but since I was given free will, I needed the strength to protect myself and others from the dangers that could come my way. Especially now that I work in a daycare,

"speaking of, I should leave now-"

*Sun looks at the clock. It reads 5:54*

"Uh oh! I'm gonna be late!"

*Sun goes out the front door and locks it, proceeding to run towards the direction of the daycare*

Eungs POV ☁️

*Eung waited outside of the daycare for sun. He was tired and didn't have a good morning. He slept past his alarm at 4:50 and didn't get a chance to eat or make some coffee.... OR grab the keys that allowed him to go inside the daycare where there was a heater. Now he was stuck outside with a thin blue jacket and a minor headache.
And since it was November it was cold out, and sun was also running late. *

What a beautiful morning, thought Eung sarcastically.

*He then looked to the far side of the block when he heard a familiar cry. It was Sun. He was screaming apologies from far away while wearing a huge grin on his face.

Eung's face became perplexed at that. Sun's smile turned into a mischievous grin. Eung's eyes widened*

He can't possibly be thinking...

"WAIT! SUN, SLOW DOWN!"

* Sun jumped up a bit while he sprinted and embraced Eung in a hug mid air. *

( I tried my best. Never spent so long to draw something 🥲)

*Eung caught Sun and stumbled back a few steps.
He was able to carry Sun for about 10 seconds since he worked out a lot but nothing past that.
Sun was made of metal and cables after all. *

"hn! ugh! S-Sun yoU'RE HEAVy!!" *Eung hugged Sun back while trying to stay upright. Sun squeezed him for a bit then backed off*

"I'm so sorry Eung! I didn't mean to come late! Wait, why are you still out here? You're very cold!" said Sun.

" I forgot the keys to the daycare at home. I also woke up late and was in a hurry. Now that you're here, think you can open up? My hair is about to turn whiter from the cold."

Sun chuckles at that. "Right away!" Sun replied with a bright smile.
