James rang Betty's bell . I hid inside the kitchen so he wouldn't see me but I would hear them perfectly.
"Hi, Betty! I came as soon as I got your text, what you wanna talk about ?" He winked.

After fifteen minutes or less ( I didn't count them tbh ) someone rang Betty's doorbell.
" Who is it ? " She asked , not expecting any guests .
" It's August ..." August said through the door .
Betty opened the door . August's eyes were red and her hair messy .
" What's wrong ? " Betty made her sit down .
" I'm sorry Betty . I'm so so so so so sorry ! I was so selfish and even tho you opened your heart to me I betrayed you ... I'm sorry ... I'll just leave..." August said and Betty hugged her .
" It's not your fault ... He's an asshole that doesn't deserve any of us ... It's his fault he chased two girls ... One was not enough .... And now , he has nobody ! Never blame yourself for something that was not your mistake !"

I tried to open the door but that second Betty looked at me .
" Come here " she whispered.
I walked to them .
" Inez, you're the reason this happened and we thank you for it ! I'm so glad you told me , and I'm so glad I broke up with that jerk ! "
We all giggled . It was a happy moment .
" I have to go ... My mom will be looking for me ! " August finally said .
" Don't you wanna stay here for the night ? "
" Maybe some other time ... Bye girls !" August said and left .
