Levi Kilby
I'm drunk.
Well I'm not 100% sure since I've never actually been drunk before but my face feels warm and everything looks wiggly. I mean I've had drinks here and there before and gotten tipsy but this is most definitely more than just tipsy.
I'm also dressed as Velma from Scooby Doo. Strange, I know.
I completely forgot it was Halloween and forgot about the costumes but as soon as me and Harry walked into Drew's house she was shoving clothes in our hands and shoving us away upstairs to go change. I'm Velma, Harry is Shaggy, Drew is Daphne and Zayn is Fred.
My hand is wrapped tightly around Harrys as he leads me outside, the cold air hitting my face as I step out onto the porch before I'm being dragged over to the swinging bench to sit down. I let out a giggle as I drop down on the cushion next to Harry.
"How ya' feeling, Sunny?" He smiles, wrapping his arm around me as I curl into him, pressing my face into the nape of his neck. He's wearing his costume, brown pants and a green t-shirt.
Drew dressed all of us because according to her she "couldn't trust our fashion choices sometimes". She actually did pretty good. I'm wearing a burgundy tennis shirt and a plain orange turtle neck. Definitely not something I'd ever wear on a normal day but it's just fun enough for Halloween.
"Death, but like in a good way." My voice comes out in a muffled mumble due to being hidden against his neck. His fingers dance along the skin of my arm as he holds me, eliciting goosebumps as his fingers travel. "Definitely shouldn't have done birthday shots. Waaaaaay too much alcohol." I giggle at my words before wrapping my arms around his neck, tangling my fingers in his hair.
"You need water." He intertwines his fingers with mine bringing them down to rest against my lap as he sits up, pulling me up with him. His fingers loose mine as he goes to stand up but I quickly pull him back, refusing to let him leave. "Baby, the water will make you feel better, I promise." He stands up, my hands still gripping his as our intertwined fingers hang in the gap between us.
"I don't want you to leave." I whisper, staring at the shiny rings on his fingers, feeling suddenly infatuated with them.
"I'll be right back, I promise." He smiles.
He walks away towards the entrance to the house before stopping, spinning in his spot to look at me again, "And don't go anywhere, okay?" He points at me, I nod at his words but he isn't satisfied with that answer. "I mean it Levi, don't move." He raises his eyebrows, a serious tone to his voice.
"Not gonna move." I muse, mirroring an expression similar to his brows raised and a frown on my lips. Except his face is actually serious whereas mine is just to mimic him.
He hangs his head, a small smile replacing his frown as he tucks his tongue in his cheek before looking at me through his lashes. "Don't move." I quickly nod at his words before he's pushing through the back door, leaving me alone on the porch.
Don't move. Seems easy enough, just gonna sit here and wait till Harry comes back. I drum my fingers against my knees, listening to the sound of the wind mixed with the music from inside this house. Tuning my ears to the music I realise Rock Your Body by Justin Timberlake is playing. "I love this song!" I let out a small gasp of excitement as I jump up from my seat, bounding towards the same door Harry disappeared through but stop as my fingers grasp the door handle.
What was it Harry had said again? Move? Don't move? I can't remember. I stare blankly at the door attempting to remember Harry's words. Move, yeah he said I could move. Right? I don't know anymore.
