AWKWARD DINNER AND QUIET GUESTS

NOTES: Hi lovely people if I'm being completely honest Buck's parents scare the hell out of me. And tell me why I put myself through this by putting them in. pray to jack frost that I don't freeze before I finish this story. It's been colder than the water event that shall not be named.

" Hi Eddie, these are my parents Phillip and Margaret Buckley," Maddie says making the introductions.

" Hello, Mr. And Mrs. Buckley. I'm Eddie Diaz." Eddie says Nervously.

Buck won't be able to handle this. He's gonna be so caught off guard. And he promised him he wouldn't let them see him. Eddie is trying to find someone to come to the door so he can tell Buck to run away. He thinks Before he asks" Maddie what are you doing here?"

" Oh, Evan invited us," Maddie said, trying to walk into the house.

" Okay, wait here. " Eddie says as closes the front door and runs into the kitchen to find Buck

Guys, we have a new problem. Where's Buck? Asked Eddie frankly

"He went to hang out with Chris. Why what happened? Did Ana leave?" asked Athena

"Yes. but the bigger problem is that Buck's parents are here. I promised him he wouldn't have to see them and now they are waiting outside. What are we going to do? Asked Eddie

Let them inside, put them in the living room, and then we will go to Chris's room and tell him together. Says Athena

As Eddie goes to open the door he wants to throw them on their ass but Maddie is pregnant so he wouldn't do that to her. So they sat in the living room.

As they hurry to Chris' room. Cramping into the room. They wave at Maddie. And then they closed the door.

Buck and Chris turn from their game to see everyone in Chris's room.

Holding up a sign " what is everyone doing in here?" Buck wrote

" We need to tell you something but please know that you don't have to go out there. You can jump out the window." Eddie said anxiously

Really out the window? May looked at Eddie questionably

Okay, Eddie please tell me what else is going on? I feel like there is more to the story than Buck just not wanting to see his parents. Says Athena.

Buck, do you want to tell her? Eddie says

Buck holding his notebook writes " they aren't bad people. Just bad parents."

Okay, what does that mean? May asks

Buck writes " they just never liked me as much as they liked Maddie"

" Sweetie, how is that true? I bet they love you, they just don't know how to tell you. People are sometimes hard with emotions and I can understand how that can be true of your parents. "Athena says trying to find a solution

Buck writes Athena if I tell you this you can not make a scene I already stopped one attempted murder I can not handle another one. Maddie still needs our parents for the baby. I am fine on my own. I refused to call them my parents anymore.

" Okay honey I promise but please tell me I feel like I only read the cliff notes of the story and you know I hate to be left out in the cold, so please tell me," Athena says worried

Buck writes " you know why I never talk about my parents. It's because my parents were never really nice people to me. Yes, they let me live in their house but it was only because people knew I was theirs. I'm pretty sure they would have left me at a shelter or an orphanage if they could have. The punishments weren't always bad, they were just punishments for me falling off my bike and breaking my arm, or me not doing the dishes right so they would feed me soap so I could feel how dirty I was inside. It was little things like that. But when I started not talking it got way worse. They wouldn't let me sleep inside because I didn't do it correctly or the title wasn't bright enough so I had to sleep outside because a boy that doesn't know how to clean correctly doesn't deserve to sleep in the warmth
