Alma's POV.

Farha is getting on my nerves, she's seriously poking my adrenal gland to secret more adrenaline into my body fluid.

I was dejected on hearing what Aadil had told me the other day. I headed to the Aarha's mansion straight that early morning and Farha was surprised to see me.

I pushed the doorbell button and rang it impatiently and just then the door flung open.

Farha: Alma you?
Me: Salamualaykum
Farha: Wa'alaykumsalam Alma. This... early visit? I hope everything's fine
Me: won't you at least let me in.
Farha: Oh my! Sure come in.
Me: Thanks

I made my way in and we both settled down on the couch in the living room.

"So Farha I don't want to believe that what I'm hearing is true" I started impatiently and she was startled.

Probably wondering that I had come with another discussion today again.

Farha: And what is that?
Me: Danish
Farha: Danish?
Me: Yes Danish.
Farha: And what about him?
Me: You know you can't pretend to me Farha. Tell me.... What's going on between you both?
Farha: I don't understand you Alma.
Alma: Cut the crap Farha, I know everything and I haven't come here to play pranks. I know your plan to make Aadil jealous by claiming Danish to be your boyfriend. Is that what you want to start now? Having an affair outside your home?
Farha: What nonsense Alma?! Why would I have an affair with Danish?
Alma: That's exactly what it seems like. You called him your boyfriend isn't it?
Farha: So what if I do? Exactly! That your point. How many times do I have to tell you that Aadil is nothing to me but just a man I call my husband. Can't I flow with someone else my heart claims than wasting my emotions with someone I don't love? I don't love Aadil and nothing can change that, not even you Alma!

The tension seem to be rising in the air now and it seem like Farha didn't know what she was uttering again.

Me: so are you telling me that you love Danish? Farha dear, listen to me, you have no reason at all for doing this to Aadil. Trying to make him jealous or claiming to hate him won't bring you any satisfaction.
Farha: Look Alma, Aadil is my husband and I can do anything I like with him. And what was that you said? All these I'm doing if you don't know brings me much satisfaction. You shouldn't waste your time lecturing me cause I won't listen to you. I'm sorry Alma.
Me: I'm really disappointed in you Farha, very disappointed. You've really changed uhn, you're not my Farha anymore.
Farha: Alma it's very obvious that we're best of friends and sisters and right from the time we've known eachother I've always listened to you but not this time because my decision about Aadil won't change. It's better you stay out of this matter. I do not want to loose my friend.

I was much dismayed as I stared at Farha in awe as she stood up and headed for the door after announcing that she was just about leaving to go see Danish when I came

I couldn't remain in the house as well. I just picked up my bag and exited the house.

Whatever was going on with her, all I'll do now is just pray that her home doesn't get crumbled.

She needs my prayers most now.

Farha's POV.

It's been a month and two weeks now and all it seemed like was two years. I had missed my husband a lot, sincerely.

I was in my room preparing for a party. It was Danish's birthday party and I had to look my best.

I sat in front of my dressing mirror admiring myself clad in a wine colored lahenga that fitted exactly for a party gown.

I proceeded to tie my hair into a bun and a smile crept out from a corner of my face as I recalled Aadil saying that I had a beautiful hair.

I kept some light makeup over my face and applied some Kohl and a red velvet lip gloss.
