Hee Rin's P.O.V.

I watch as the sky cries. The teardrops drop on the palm of my hand.

I sigh and I could see my breath as it was so cold. I felt so numb and my legs felt so weak.

I didn't know where to go.

I look up ahead of me to see no one, just darkness. I shiver in fright and step under the heavy rain.

Every drop felt cold on my skin. I was freezing cold but I still ran in the direction I thought was right.

I felt lost but I wasn't. I felt like I needed to find something or maybe someone but I didn't know what or who.

My mind was practically everywhere.

My hair was dripping wet already but I didn't mind it. I just wanted to go home.

I didn't like the dark. This feeling of being lost is unwanted to me.

I run as fast as I can until I bump into someone.

I fall to the ground and look up to the person.

He looks down on me with shock in his eyes but it was soon replaced with a warm smile. I felt my heart thump with his charming smile.

"Hey, are you okay? I'm sorry. I couldn't see anything since it's so dark." He said politely.

"I'm okay." I said as I get up. I shiver and I guess he noticed because he suddenly stands next to me. His umbrella covers both of us from the harsh rain.

I look at him with gratefulness but also bewilderment. I didn't know him yet he was so kind to me.

A real smile appears on my frozen face. I can see his eyes widen in shock and a light tint of pink appears on his cheeks. I giggle a little at how cute he was.

We both walk, side by side, as the rain drops fall harder and harder by the time passes.

"My name is Jin and I'm 22 years old." His voice breaks the silence.

"I'm Hee Rin and I'm 21." I smile at him.

The silent atmosphere continues until we find a subway. We both enter and look at each other strangely.

"You take the same subway as me?" We both said at the same time. We laugh until we both calm down. We gaze at each other but then someone accidentally pushes me. I fall but someone caught me.

I look to see Jin's face close to mine. We blush and quickly seperate.

"Sorry." I coughed out and he replies with a nod.

We wait in silence as the subway slowly gets closer to my stop.

The door opens and I walk out but got surprised as I saw Jin come out too.

We look at each other in an awkward silence.

"So we go to the same subway and we get off at the same stop. This is weird." I said with a smile. He nods.

"Would you want me to walk you home? You don't have an umbrella and...." I cut him off.

"Yeah. I would like that." He smiles as I walk to his side.

We stroll down the empty street until we stop at my house. I look to Jin to thank him but I see a shocked expression on his face.

"You live here?" He asked with his eyes still wide as an owl.

I nod. He points to the house next to mine.

"I live next to you. We're.....neighbors." He said. My eyes widen like his.

This is so weird. What's with all of these coincidences? Was meeting him fate?

We gaze at each other and I suddenly forgot my surrounding. All I saw was him. Everything around us was like a blur.

"I guess we will meet each other more often." He said with hidden happiness. There was a glint in his eyes and I know that I was the same.

We enter our house and when I close my door behind me, I sigh dreamily and smile. His name and his voice rings in my head. I feel so happy and excited for the next day.
