There was hasty banging on the door, followed by shouting.

"Madara! I need to know if what I read was the truth! Open up!"

Mada and I looked at each other in exasperation.

"Will we ever have a moment of peace?" I asked in irritation.

"I have no answer for that, Naru-koi. I wish I did."

Mada stood and left the room, and I decided it would be best if I left Jira-Chan in his own room to play and brought the baby out with me in case she needed anything while we spoke with Hashi-Sama.

Once Jira-Chan was settled, I brought the baby out to the living room, where I found Mada and Hashi-sama sitting across from each other, an uncharacteristic frown marring Hashi-sama's face.

"What did you want, Hashirama?" Mada asked impatiently. "You've interrupted some important family bonding time."

I had to stifle a laugh, because hearing something like that leave Mada's mouth was something I believed I'd never hear.

"You know exactly why I came here, Madara, and you can't pretend you don't. You're the one who sent me the transcript of Mito's words once she found out about the baby. A baby I didn't even know about."

Said baby took that as her cue to fuss, asserting her presence into the conversation. When the two men focused on me, I awkwardly waved, before taking a seat beside Mada, bouncing the baby in my arms a little in hopes she'd fall back to sleep quickly.

No such luck.

"So this is the baby Mito was speaking of?" Hashi-Sama asked. Mada and I nodded, as Mada began playing with the baby's fingers.

"Mito showed up out of nowhere, and stated she was 'concerned' about me; however, her tone did not suggest anything of the sort. And when she heard the crying, she about froze up. I shut the door in her face after I excused myself, and my koi had the brilliant idea to summon a messenger toad in order to get the transcription of her words, over to you as accurately as possible," Mada said, eyes trained on the baby in my arms. "I apologize for having to inform you of your wife's involvement in my wife's 'death'; however I think it necessary to catch her before she is able to attempt the same thing on my son, only this time it would actually succeed. Naru is only alive currently because he returned here from the future, at the exact moment he died. If Jira-Chan were to be attacked by Mito, the same wouldn't happen, because he is from this present time."

Hashi-Sama was silent for several minutes after that explanation. He simply stared at me, causing an awkward tension to build up in my spine.

When will he stop staring?

"Is this true?" Hashi-Sama finally asked, causing me to release a breath I didn't even know I was holding. "Are you truly from a different future than the one who was here originally?"

"Hai," I replied. "And I'd go into detail about what changed, except I'd rather not get into it. Mada really did not want to hear all of it, so he would most likely not appreciate having to hear it all a second time. But I will tell you that your daughter ends up becoming incredibly successful, at least in the future I came from.

"And I think you should keep in touch with that Namikaze suitor, her father. You may find it beneficial, especially after we take down Mito."

Hashi-Sama nodded, before going off in a daze, his face gaining a fond expression as he remembered his suitor. All too soon, he snapped out of it, and stared at me in shock.

"H-how did you know he was a Namikaze?"

I giggled a little. "Easy. My father was a Namikaze, which is how I was the only blond Uzumaki in the world, until I married Mada and became the only blond Uchiha.

"Since Tsuna-Chan is blonde, and there are very few clans who are, I only had to make a few more deductions. Her sire was either a Namikaze or someone from a clan known as Yamanaka, but since they are not here yet, that rules them out.

"And Namikaze are more of a widespread, nomadic clan. They are so widespread, that when my father was here, he was the only Namikaze in the village. He claimed he was an orphan, but I think the truth was that his parents brought him here, and then left when he was young.

"Their nomadic tendencies make it more likely that her father is a Namikaze. Does that make sense?"

Hashi-Sama simply nodded in astonishment, unable to truly voice his thoughts.

We spent the rest of the brunette's visit coming up with ideas for how to get Mito to openly admit to her crimes. At one point, we even had to tell Hashi-Sama about her attack on Jira-Chan the night of the final Hatake invasion. We had wanted to keep it a secret for a while, but in light of the new events, and having dragged him into our mess, we had no choice.

There was more banging on the door, and this time I decided I should get it. I threw up a simple genjutsu, suspecting I knew who was there, and carried the baby with me to confirm my suspicions. Sliding the door open, I found Tobi-Sama was standing there.

"Good day, miss," he started, and I had to struggle to hold back my laughter. "I am Senju Tobirama, and I am here looking for my foolish Aniki, Senju Hashirama. Is he inside, by any chance?"

I couldn't hold it in any longer. I started giggling softly, trying not to wake the baby, who had finally fallen asleep, with the noise. The white haired man standing before me looked rather affronted as I laughed, and I had to quickly rein it in to respond to his question.

"He is, in fact, Tobi-Sama. He's speaking with my Otto currently. They're coming up with plans to get Mito to confess to numerous crimes she has committed in the last few years... including my murder," I said, a hint of amusement still tinging my voice.

Tobi-Sama spluttered, then fell into a shocked silence as my genjutsu fell. Thankfully, he was blocking the doorway, so there was no concern that anyone would be able to see inside the house and catch me.

"N-Naruto-San?!" Tobi-Sama's eyes were as wide as dinner plates.

"Hello, Tobi-Sama. It's a wonderful day today. Please come inside. Don't want the little one to get too cold." I stepped to the side to allow him entry, then closed the door behind him.

I followed him into the house, and then led the way to the living room, where Mada and Hashi-Sama were still having their discussion.

"Look who I found on the doorstep."

Both occupants looked up, and Mada grunted, while Hashi-Sama grinned at his brother.

"I see you were just as surprised by Naru-Chan's presence as I was," Hashi-Sama stated. "Granted, when I found out, I was just giving Madara my condolences believing him to be deceased. Never did I imagine he'd actually wake up and move around again, much less give birth after."

"It was quite a shock to my system in all honesty," Tobi-Sama replied.

Shortly after that exchange, the brothers left, and Mada and I once again had a peaceful house.

Until the baby cried out in hunger, while Jira-Chan also came out of his room begging to be fed.

I loved my crazy home, and I was grateful to Orochimaru for giving me the opportunity to have my family back. Thankful to Kurama-Sama for the chance to raise our daughter, despite all the trauma she had been put through before her life had even truly begun.

That night, as I lay in bed with Mada, I couldn't help but wonder, if this were my own time, with Tsuna-Chan as the head iryō-nin, would she have been able to save the baby, even after I'd already died? Or had the Yari already killed her and her death was what led to my own? I would never know the answer to that question, and I wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing.
