"Not bad..." The Adepti smirked
"Hehe! You haven't seen anything yet!"
In that moment, Hu Tao had swiftly moved to Xiao and had pointed her spear at his neck.
He glanced at her and laughed lightly, a split-second later he had knocked Hu Tao's spear to the ground.
She jumped to the side, dodging his attacks and had thrown her weapon in the air with her foot only to catch it with one hand.
"Hehe!" She grinned, and the battle was on.
The director lunged at him in a stabbing motion, infusing her spear with pyro energy, swirling around her weapon like a tornado of fire. He quickly reacted, like the trained adepti he was, he rushed to Hu Tao leaving a trail of green light and dark fumes in which little white orbs emerged, barley visible to the human eye.
Their spears clashed in the middle, resonating in both their ears, sending a shiver down their spine. The girl jumped back, making a quick recovery, making sure to show no sign of weakness. Same followed Xiao except he was light on his feet, as if every step, he were walking on thin air...
