It's funny how arguably the most powerful chaos god is my least favorite. Khorne is the embodiment of war, and for a franchise called Warhammer, he's pretty much involved in the entire setting. My main issue however is that his army is kinda boring. All they do is just rush for melee combat screaming "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD, SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!" That's literally all they do. Khorne has arguably the worst space marine legion at his disposal, the World Eaters. He's supposedly about honor and survival of the fittest but you don't see any of that from his warriors which is big buzz kill.

3. Slaanesh

Arguably one of the most impactful gods on the setting, Slaneesh is simply the god/goddess of sex, drugs, and rock and roll

Arguably one of the most impactful gods on the setting, Slaneesh is simply the god/goddess of sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Mainly the extreme excess of emotions, practically embodying the aspect of emotion itself. Meaning that any pain, fear, or happiness you feel is characterized by them. Their space marine legion, the Emperors Children, is easily the most horrific of all the chaos space marines. Thing is they haven't done anything in a long ass time, with the writers of GW using Slaneesh to make the Eldar seem inadequate.

2. Nurgle

Nurgle is the only god I can say has a true neutral aspect in the grand scheme of things

Nurgle is the only god I can say has a true neutral aspect in the grand scheme of things. He's the god of rot and decay, often being disease. But he's also the god of stagnation and the feeling that all will end, meaning you can find comfort in knowing that all with end one day peacefully. Nurgle is also technically the incarnate of nature. His space marine legion is the Deathguard, being extremely tanky and using their diseases to slowly wear down the enemy.

1. Tzeentch

Easily the best and most impactful god of the setting

Easily the best and most impactful god of the setting. Tzeentch is about the god of change and fate, everything about him is weaving time and space to change certain outcomes. He's so good at it he often sabotages his own schemes if he feels like he's getting too powerful. He's the only one that's actually managed to get the upper hand on the God Emperor of Mankind. Only problem I have with him is that his legion, the Thousand Sons, are kinda a bunch of bitches. They're constantly getting outmatched, mostly by the Space Wolves. Still, Tzeentch's antics and his army are still a whole lotta fun to watch play out.
