Millie's POV

It was time I apologized to Courtney. After all, the pack was right. This was going on for a lot longer than it should be. I walked to her room, and knocked on the door.

"Courtney, I want to talk. Can I come in?" I asked.

"Sure." Her voice replied.

I walked over to Courtney, who was sitting at her her desk, fiddling with her hands. I sat on her bed and sighed.

"I'm sorry. I wasn't being a good friend and it sounds like something a five year old would say but it's true. I should've payed more attention to you and I'm only fourteen. It's not like this relationship would mean anything, so I broke up with Jake."

Courtney looked up, clearly shocked. "You didn't have to do that. I'm sorry, it was my fault. I was upset we were growing so far apart and it seemed like you wanted nothing to do with me. I shouldn't of been rude to you, I'm sorry."

"So, are we cool?" I asked opening my arms for a hug.

"Totally." She agreed, and hugged me back.

Later on in the week Courtney and I were especially glad we forgave each other because we had learnt some exciting news. Courtney, me, and the pack would be going on a ski trip.
