Chapter 39

Courtney's POV

We all get on the plane and I sit next to Mitch and Plebston. (See what I did there) My eyes immediately start to close and I lean my head on Preston's shoulder.

"Tired?" Mitch asks me.

I nod my head. "How are you guys not tired?"

Then Jerome pops his head up from the seat behind us and exclaims, "BECAUSE WE ARE MEN!" then immediately sits back down.

The Pack, Millie and I all start laugh. Then the flight attendants do their thing and the plane starts to take off.

Slowly I start to fall asleep, leaning my head on Preston's shoulder.

I wake up to a jolt. Frantically I look up and see Mitch and Preston freaked out. Then the intercom comes on and I almost shit myself when I hear what they say.

"Our engine has broken, please prepare for an emergency landing."
