Chapter 20

Chaeyoung entered his bathroom smiling. Jungkook was the most caring guy she ever met. She definitely forgave him for his sweet gestures but she definitely wanted to know who the girl was and what exactly his relationship was with that girl. 

Juungkook has always been very clear about showing his true intentions. He wanted to get close to her, Chaeyoung is not blind. But she always has trust issues when it comes to men. This is the exact reason she always maintained a distance from all. Not like she experienced herself but she has seen a lot of friends in school in Australia go through it. So she had always been careful about it and had tried to guard her heart the best. 

But after meeting Jungkook, she suddenly felt like the heart she guarded so hard tumbling down. As if Jungkook knew how to flutter her heart or make her feel the most amazing girl in his eyes. He was super kind, gentle and caring. Let's not even get started with how he looks and the way he carries himself. Literally perfection. The only word that can describe him. 

Chaeyoung kept on smiling on thoughts about Jungkook. But her smile didn't last long as she noticed the lights of the bathroom flickering on and off. She also heard the weather outside going crazy. 

"Snowstorm..." she muttered softly before the lights actually went off. She panicked and all she could think was getting out without getting hurt.

She had lathered the body wash all over her body but she just didn't get the time to wash it off and she didn't even care.  

"JEON JUNGKOOK!!"

She screamed.

"Chaeyoung!!!"

She could hear Jungkook screaming her name too.

"Chaeyoung don't move and stay wherever you are okay ?" he shuddered a little as he spoke.

 "The door is jammed. I will get you out of there safely, just trust me."

"But Jungkook-"

"Hang in there, please!"

He last said and she could hear him going somewhere away.

Chaeyoung closed her eyes firmly,  clasped her hands, and kept murmuring. Several thoughts entered her as she whimpered in the cold.

She could hear some noise coming from outside. Jungkook was finally back in the door again. He had brought some tools to help open the door and in the meantime, all Chaeyoung could do was somehow grab a towel and wrap her lathered body. The door abruptly got opened. 

"Chaeyoung, are you fine ?" Jungkook gulped at the sight of Chaeyoung. She had tears in her eyes and was trembling weakly. She was looking down and sobbing silently. 

Jungkook wanted to just run to her and securely gather her in his arms. But he was scared about crossing his line and the last thing he wanted her to think was he was a pervert or smth. 

"I am sorry, Chaeyoung." Jungkook sighed looking guilty. 

"I shouldn't have probably barged inside like this. But I got terrified thinking maybe something happened to you." Jungkook played with his fingers nervously and looked down too. 

Chaeyoung just stayed silent. 

Jungkook exhaled loudly and turned around to leave only for him to feel her back hugging him. 

"Please...Just please stay with me..!!" Chaeyoung sobbed as she hugged him tightly.
