Valentina, Camilo and Antonio were currently playing with Parce the Jaguar, Antonio's animal friend. A few other animals surrounded them, but they didn't really interact much, unlike Parce.
Valentina was rubbing on the jaguar's belly when suddenly, a knock was heard on Antonio's door. The door opened, Dolores' head peeking in and hummed. She looked between the trio for a few seconds before opening her mouth.
"Mami's calling for you both, Camilo, Antonio." she said as she waved her hand towards Valentina, silently greeting her. Valentina waved back with a small nod as a reply.
The boy stood up, Camilo already starting to head down the tree, walking towards his sister who was still at the doorway. Antonio turned and gave Valentina a smile, "We'll come back quick. Don't go anywhere okay?" he said to her, giving her a quick hug before heading to the door himself.
As the door closes, Valentina is now left alone with only the animals to accompany her. The capybaras that were beside her stared at her boredly, while different birds chirped and flew from branch to branch.
Valentina sat and didn't move from her spot for a while, enjoying how peaceful Antonio's room was.
A few minutes already gone by, Camilo and Antonio still haven't returned. The girl decided it would be a great time to try and play a few tunes on her new guitar, so she reached out to the case, getting the guitar out of it.
Valentina tuned the guitar for a few seconds before strumming, testing out how the strings sounded. Not long after, Valentina was now playing a song that she had herself memorized a few years back. It was one of her late father's songs.

Her fingers expertly glided from string to string. She strummed and picked as every string gave out a beautiful sound. The animals around her calmed down, looking towards the girl, enjoying the music.
From outside Antonio's room, Camilo was on his way towards his brother's bedroom, Antonio still at their mother's. As he opened the bedroom door gently, his ears were immediately met with a beautiful melody. It sounded like it's coming from a guitar.
Camilo made his way back towards the top of the giant tree, surprisingly, without a sound. He made sure not to disturb the music that was currently playing.
Once he made it at the top, he saw Valentina, still sitting on the floor, her face looking calm as she played her guitar with the animals as her audience.

The boy stared, mesmerized by both the music and the girl that sat a few feet away from him. Deciding it was best not to let his presence be known just yet, the boy leaned on one of the large branches the big tree had, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath before opening them again, looking back towards the girl.
