The whole gang was helping Rachel mail out resumes, whilst whistling the theme from 'The Bridge on the River Kwai'.

"Uh, Rach, we're running low on resumes over here." Ross told the girl.

Raising an eyebrow at one of the resumes, Monica asked, "Do you really want a job with Popular Mechanics?"

"Well, if you're gonna work for mechanics, those are the ones to work for." Chandler nodded.

Marty let out a hiss, "Paper cut." She muttered, making Chandler kiss her finger, earning a grin from the redhead.

"Hey, look, you guys, I'm going for anything here, okay? I cannot be a waitress anymore, I mean it. I'm sick of the lousy tips, I'm sick of being called 'Excuse me...'" Rachel sighed, making Marty rub her back comfortingly.

Ross looked up from his station, "Rach, did you proofread these?"

"Uh... yeah, why?" The brunette asked.

"Uh, nothing, I'm sure they'll be impressed with your excellent 'compuper' skills." Ross read out the typo, trying not to laugh.

"Oh my God!" Rachel whined, looking grabbing one of the resumes out of Marty's hands, making the woman winced, "Oh, do you think it's on all of them?"

"Oh no, I'm sure the Xerox machine caught a few." Joey sarcastically shrugged.

Meanwhile, Marty was staring at her hands, "So many papercuts." She whispered, making her friends all inspect her delicate hands carefully.

Marty and Joey entered Central Perk, having a debate about what pizza to get for their movie night, finding the rest of their friends sat around the sofa, the men laughing at Joey once they saw him.

"Shut up!" The Italian man huffed.

"We're not—we're not saying anything." Chandler giggled.

"What?" Phoebe wondered.

"Uh, Joey cried last night." Ross smirked.

"Thank you." Joey sighed.

"You cried?" Marty frowned, rubbing the man's shoulder, as she sat on the couch.

Chandler turned to the girls, explaining, "We were playing poker, alright."

"There was chocolate on the three. It looked like an eight, alright?" Joey whined.

"Oh, guys, you should've seen him. 'Read 'em and weep.'" Ross imitated.

"And then he did." Chandler laughed.
