Marty settled further into Chandler's side as the two of them, Ross and Joey were sat in Monica and Rachel's living room - the former on the phone - waiting for Joey's Days of Our Lives appearance, the Italian boy perching on the coffee table excitedly (which, if she wasn't so proud of him, Monica would have kicked him off of).

"This is so cool. You're actually gonna be on television." Ross grinned.

Joey nodded with a wide grin, "It really hit me last night. I'm gonna be on Days of our Lives. And then I started thinkin' about all of us, and how these are the days of our lives."

Marty cracked a small smile as she focused on the knitting in her hands, Joey seeing and smiling triumphantly to himself.

"Yes!" Monica cried excitedly, hanging up the phone and turning to her friends in the living room with an elated expression, "Carol and Susan's caterer had a mountain bike accident this weekend, and she's in a full body cast."

The boys eyed each other, before yelling, "Yes!"

Monica rolled her eyes at them, Marty lightly nudging Chandler in his side, "They want me to do it, which is really cool, seeing as I've never catered before, and I really need the money, and this isn't a problem for you, is it?" The dark-haired woman leaned down to her brother.

Ross rolled his eyes, sighing, "Would it matter?"

"Oh, you are so great!" Monica kissed his cheek, "Thank you!"

Joey turned to the divorcee, "Are you really not going?"

"I am really not going," Ross shook his head, "I don't get it. They already live together, why do they need to get married?"

"They love each other, and they wanna celebrate that love with the people that are close with them." Monica shrugged.

Ross let out a scoff, "If you wanna call that a reason."

Chandler smirked, sauntering over to Ross, singing, "Who's the bitterest man in the living room, the bitterest man in the living room?" He smirked at his friend, "Hi, neighbour."

Monica sighed, "Ross, I thought you were over this."

"Look, that has nothing to do with this, ok?" Ross said, "She's my ex-wife. If she were marrying a guy, none of you'd expect me to be there."

"Hey, if she were marrying a guy, she'd be like the worst lesbian ever." Joey said.

Rachel then burst into the apartment, "Did I miss it? Did I miss it?"

"No, I'm on right after this guy shoots himself." Joey shook his head, the sound of a gunshot then went off, making everyone crowd around the couch to watch the TV.
