Candy's POV

Finally everyone has jumped. Tresia was the last jumper, guess because she had to make chore that Rose jumped. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Tresia had to push her down from the roof. Rose would never had make it even this long without help. Yes, she's my friend, but she doesn't belong here. She's not brave enough.
I look around and see seventeen initiates. Me, Rose, a Candor-born boy and fourteen Dauntless-borns. Strange. There should be more transfers. At least in Erudite there was always more than three.
A voice interrupts me. "Welcome to Dauntless, initiates!" It's Jeremy. The gorgeous guy with blonde hair and black eyes. His body is muscular and slim at the same time.  He looks intimidating...but not scary.
Then I see the man next to him. He has dark hair and green eyes. His body is huge, muscular and covered with tattoos. I wouldn't like to meet him in a dark walley at nighttime. He looks like someone that could easily kill..even without a reason.
"Now, my name is Jeremy. I'm Dauntless leader, but for the next few weeks I will be your instructor." Jeremy continues. His voice is both beautiful and scarp at the same time. "And this is Ken. He uses to work at the tattoo parlour.." How surpriseing. "..but during the initation he works as the other trainer. Any questions?"
"Excuse me, aren't we supposed to be Dauntless members now, not initiates?" The Candor boy asks. "No. You are initiates until you became members..or until you fail the initation and have to join the factionless." Jeremy says, now his voice has a irritaded tone, and before nobody else gets a chance to ask anything, he continues "Now follow us, initiates, and we will show you the dorm. Usually Dauntless-borns and transfers are trained separately, but since we only have three transfers this year, you will all be sharing one dorm and also the training and ranking will be common."
We follow Jeremy and Ken to the corridor. It is dark, the walls and floor is some sort of metal. There are lamps in the ceiling, but they don't give away so mutch light.
Luckily, the corridor is short. Soon we arrive to the training section. Jeremy stops in front of a metal door. He opens it and I can see a large room with beds and cupboards. The beds are small and looks uncomfortable, but at least we don't sleep at floor as Abnegation does.
"You will find your name on one of the beds. The cupboard next to your bed is where you will keep your stuff during the initation. And we have left clothes on the transfers beds. Please change into those. Meeting at A73 in ten minutes!" Jeremy says, then he leaves the room with Ken.
I enter the room and start looking for a bed with my name on it, until I hear Avery's voice "Candy! Here! Your bed is next to mine!"
I walk to the spot she points to me. My bed is between Avery's and some random guy's. "Hi Smarty one!" The guy turns around and I stare into sparkling blue eyes. He is definitely Dauntless-born. His body is muscular and he has blond hair. He looks kind of known.
"Hiiii! Can you hear meee?" "Oh sorry, I was in my thoughts"  I say when I realize that I didn't answer his question. "Do you remember me?" I look right into his eyes...Of course! "You were the one to catch me the first time ever I jumped on a train." "Right. Anyway, my name is Jason Volairè. You?" "Candy. Pleasure to meet you." "Sweet name, hun." Oh, why does people call my name sweet all the time!? "You better change your clothes, we must go in four minutes." He gives me one last smile. Then he turns around and follows some Dauntless-born boys out of the dorm.
I look back at Avery. She looks like she is going to start laughing any second now. "What!?" I say with an annoyed voice. "Really? Jason Volairè?" "So?" "You really don't know, ha?" I shake my head. "So he is like the hottest guy in our age. And he's talented, popular and everyone likes him." I can hear that there's something else behind that voice, but the fact is that I really don't have time to argue, so I just say "I'll go and change now, waiting for me?"

After I changed into my new clothes we walk to A73, wich is some kind of practising room. I and Avery are the last one to arrive. I see fifteen pairs of eyes looking at me as I sit down next to a small Dauntless-born girl.
"Finally the last ones arrived! Good. Now we can start." As Jeremy begins to speak I can feel my cheeks turning red. Luckily, nobody notices because they are all listening to our instructors. Maybe I should focus on them too.
"Candy, don't you think Ken is hot?" I hear Avery whisper next to me. "Shhh, listen to Jeremy." "Fine, but for your information, he is recerved to me!" I nod, I'm not even interested. Ken is too intimidating.
"Okay, so the training is divided into three parts. Stage one is physical - fight strategies, knife throwing, gun shooting, combats. Stage two is emotional. You will learn to face your fears. And the last stage is mental. You will go through your fear landscape. " Jeremy says. Then Ken speaks up for the first time "After every stage you will be ranked. The ranking is extremly important for two reasons. First - you will choose your jobs after your rank. Second - only top ten will become members. So I recommend you all to do your best during the initation."
I hear the Candor boy - Sean - mutter something. Then he says "That is unfair! No one told me that some of us would become Factionless!"
I feel anger growing inside me. Before I even notice it, I start yelling "Coward! If you truely belong in Dauntless, then you don't care how hard the initation is! With that attitude you could go and join the Factionless NOW!!!"
Everyone is staring at me. Then some Dauntless-borns starts to applaud at me. Soon everyone joins, except from the Candor boy, who soon looks like his face was made of tomatoes.
"Stop! We do not humiliate initiates here!" Jeremy says with a smile on his face. Then he looks at Sean and says "Sweet is right. You must prove us that you belong here. Okay?" Sean nods, still looking embarrased.
"Great. Now, when you go back to your dorm you can find your new plates inside your cupboards. We have send you all a message that tells you your group during the initation. But remember, the both groups will be ranked together. And the last three after stage one will become factionless. Understand?" Everyone nods. "My group, at 8 am tomorrow in this room. Ken's group - same time, in room B73. Be late and be Factionless!" He dismisses us.
I can feel Avery's hand in mine as she says "Let's go and check our plates at dorm..and then we'll go shopping!"
