I still felt dizzy and pretty sick but I couldn't of cared less, I ran out of the car the second we stopped, straight through the doors and into the ward Paris was in, or had been. I ran up and down the beds desperately looking for a suitcase or a fat teenager, anything that could mean she was close. I hadn't seen her for nearly a month.

I couldn't see her, I was sure this was the ward she'd been in. I called out her name but got no reply. I tried again, Luke was next to me now, looking just maybe even more frantic as me. He did the same thing I'd done, triple checking each bed for a sign of her. Also returning with no luck.

"Well, now I'm stumped." I said peering back down the corridor for mum, she was standing at the desk, hopefully asking for the whereabouts of my sister. I sat down on the chair nearest me and watched Luke pace the floor, he was looking pretty damn worried. Not pale thankfully, I couldn't handle another one falling in front of me.

"Luke. Sit down." I said, nodding towards the chair next to me. He turned and looked at me.

"I can't sit, then I shake." he said, a twitch in his voice. I needed to calm him, he was the father of this baby and the last thing anyone needed right now, was him to flip out too. I stood up, took his arm and led him to the chair. He protested but I forced him to sit. He did shake, but I held his hand, I know how that sounds but he genuinely looked that scared.

"Guys?" my eyes snapped up at the sound of her voice. I jumped up and squealed. I wrapped my arms around her and held on. My eyes pricked with tears and soon enough I was crying into her jumper. She laughed a little before hugging me back, I knew her mind was on Luke but I didn't care.

"I missed you." I babbled pulling away from her.

"Hey, Pip are you crying?" She asked, wiping my tears from my face. I'd missed her so much.

"Paris!" Mum announced happily trotting in the room and hugging her.

"Hey Mum." Paris said, returning the squeeze.

"How you feeling?"

"Yeah, yeah I'm good, really good." She looked radient, glowing... I never actually thought that happened to pregnant woman but she really did.

Paris' eyes swerved to Luke, who was staring at the floor, still sat on the chair. He must of felt her gaze because he looked up at her and smiled.

"Hey." She said, walking over to him and sitting where I had.

"Hey." His reply came out like a whisper. He was staring at her stomache, she really was fat now.

"You can feel it you know." She said nodding towards her bump. He looked at her before slowly reaching out and resting his hand on her stomache. I saw him smile from war to ear.

I don't what it was but Luke and Paris suddenly became really really close within the next hour, I think luke seeing her like he had really hit home that his baby was so close by.

Paris now knew we were moving soon, the mountains of boxes piled everywhere was a small hint. She was very, very happy. I'd shown her the pictures of all the rooms and even told her the entire layout of the baby room, id been bored over one weekend and started circling anything cute in the mother care catalogue. Luckily, she loved my ideas. Mum however looked a little edgy, we still obviously had no idea how to pay whatever it is they needed. But she tried hard to show as little panic as possible and rushed around, sorting last minute stuff out for the 'welcome home' for Paris and the baby to be.

Luke instructed Paris and I to stay put on the sofa. My head was still throbbing and Paris for obvious reasons wasnt really up for moving around too much.
