Thursday
Kamara's pov

"Hey" I said once Shane got in the car. I just picked him up from the airport.

"Sup?" He says.

"Mi aguh stop a KFC" I said pulling off.

"Aii" he says leaning back in the seat putting his right arm over his face.

I glanced at him "Wahm to u?"

"Mi wah sleep" he says ina low voice

"Yuh go want anything from KFC?" I asked

"No" he says. I nod and continued driving. 25 minutes later I pulled up do the KFC driveway. I ordered a 3 piece barbeque and a drink.

I pulled up to his drive way and shoved him. He stared at me, eyes low and red. I looked outside breaking eye contact. "We reach a yuh yard" I said looking back at him he sat up looking outside.

"Come" he says sleepily. I got out with the empty KFC box.

He took his duffle bag from the backseat and took out his key. He opened the front door and we walked inside. He took my hand leading me upstairs I started resisting once we were at the bottom of the steps

"I didn't eat the food yet" I said looking up at him. He looked and me and let my hand go.

"Come upstairs when u done" he says walking up the stairs

I mumbled an ok and walked to to kitchen. I sat around the island I took my phone form my back pocket. I settled on watching 'Wild n Out'

I finished eating and washed my hands in the sink. I threw away the garbage, took up my phone and ran up the stairs. I walked into his bedroom to see him lying on his back with his right hand over his face.

Again..

I stood there for a while looking at him. He wasn't in a shirt but black sweat pants. I tip-toed to his nightstand to put my phone there then to his bathroom to use the toilet. I walked back to his room and sat on the edge of the bed.

"Come" I heard him say. I looked at him quickly

"Mi think u did a sleep" I laughed softly still not moving. He tapped the space beside him and I got up and sat there.

He draped his hand across my waist turning on his side. I sat still on the bed not knowing what to do.

"Lay down" he says in a gruff voice eyes still closed.

I laid down on my back but he turned me to where my back was towards his chest. I blushed

What is not dis

I tried move his hand but he tightened his hold.

I'm not supposed to like this.

I tried moving his hand again but he groaned and pulled me impossibly closer.

"Yuh know we cya do dis right? I mean friends nuh do this. We can stay on the same bed, yes, but yuh cya hug mi up suh. Its not really friendly. If you ask me-" I started rambling but he cut me off

"Shhh, gwan guh sleep" I sighed and dozed off to dream land.

I woke up to the smell of smoke. I coughed a little and took up my phone from the nightstand. It was 9:15pm. I sat up in the bed and looked around. My eyes started watering because of the smoke.

It was coming from the balcony so I stood up and walked towards it. I saw Shane so I went to sit beside him. I yawned "Hi"

"Wahm?" He asks putting out the splif  leaning back in his chair.

I rubbed my eyes looking out at the view. Coulda hardly see nth because a night. "The whole room room a smoke" I said looking at him

He looked towards the door and hissed. " Mi think mi did close the door fully, sorry" he says

"That's ok, its getting kinda late so I should be going home soon" I said still looking at him

"Cool." He said dryly

"How yuh suh dry?" I ask laughing lightly

"Nuh u seh u wah guh home, mi nah stop u"

Mi neva seh dat.

"Doh twist mi words" I said rolling my eyes looking back at the view.

He hissed and got up going inside. I stayed outside for about 15 minutes before going inside aswell. I saw him on the bed watching a movie. I stood beside the bed for a while looking at him.

Him dvn acknowledge yuh. My subconscious laughs

It doh funny cuz mnk why him a behave suh.

"Mi a go home ok?" I said walking over to his side.

He hums still looking at the TV. I hissed walking off. I grabbed my phone and glanced at him again before making my way home.

I'm laying in bed just hoping that he'll call, text, anything but no. Nothing

Nada

I got up and walked into the kitchen sulking. I took out a jar of pickles before making my way back to my room. My parents weren't awake so I'm bored and I can't annoy them.

Time like these I wish I had a sibling.

I finished eating the pickles before brushing my teeth. I decided to just go to bed because what better thing to do?.

Mi aguh definitely try fi write longer chapter cuz most of these are just 1000+..
