39. Hotel

Kam's pov:

I rolled over on the bed and saw Shane.

I'm still angry at him from earlier today even though I cooled down a bit.

He had absolutely no right doing what he did.

I sat up in the bed and looked straight which resulted to me seeing a KFC bag on the tv stand.

I got up and talked towards it. I opened it and saw a spicy zinger, 3 piece spicy and barbeque, corn, coleslaw and a litre of pepsi.

I smiled and took the zinger and corn out.

I looked towards the balcony and saw the sunset.

I walked towards there with my food deciding to just chill for a bit before calling Kerri.

A couple minutes later the balcony door opened.

I stared at him for a while before I turned my attention back to my food.

"Neva know wah u woulda want from room service suh mi just buy that" he mumbled and took a seat next to me.

"Thanks" I replied

Dry suhhhhhh???

"Hm"

We sat in silence for A bit before he spoke up "Listen, about earlier-"

"It good" I cut him off.

"Then come here" he pats his lap and I mug him.

"See. wah mi wah seh is, mi neva did fi grab u up suh.." He trails off.

"Ok" I answered.

He sighed and ran his hand over his face "Yuh forgive me?" He asked

No.

"Yes" I answered dryly and got up. "Mi aguh see wah Kerri dem a do"

I left without hearing his response.

I took up my phone an dialed Kerri's number.

"Hey" I greeted.

"Unu ready?" She asks.

Wah yuh mean ready..

"Hm?" I asked

"For the boat ride we have to be there in 30 mins" she said

"Yea mi ready man just a get some things" I said and hurried to my bag to get my bathing suit.

"Ok, we soon come"

"Ok" I said and hung up.

I found my bathing suit and threw it on the bed before marching back to the balcony.

"How u neva tell mi seh we did aguh pon a boat in 30 or less minutes" I whisper-yell at Shane

He got up swiftly "Him neva tell mi the time" he gritted out.

I rolled my eyes. How dumb could he be?

"Gwan guh get ready cause dem soon come n mi tell Kerri seh we ready" I walked back in the room with him hot on my heels

"Why yuh do that babe?" He asks frustrated.

"Do what?" I asked

"Tell them seh we ready.." He trails off looking for his swim suit

"Well if u did ask fi the time we wouldn't deh ina deh situation ya" I stated the obvious.

I slipped out of my clothes and saw Shane staring at me with his eyes low.
