Shane's pov:

I woke up today feeling mad at myself. I can't believe I blew her off like that last night. I didn't mean to she-she she's just so..

I can't even explain. Why did I cuddle her in my sleep? Maybe that was the sleep talking?

Or maybe u did ina yuh right mind eediat.

Couldn't be. Right?

Suh y u did mad at her if u neva ina yuh right mind?

I-

I shake my head getting rid of the thought. Speaking of I need to pick her up its 9:40 and we're supposed to be in Montego Bay by 1:30.

She probably thinks I forgot that she asked to go somewhere or she thins that because I wasn't 'talking' to her last night that its off.

I got up off the bed and made my way to my bathroom. I undressed then stepped under the shower.

I got out the shower and wrapped a towel around my waist. I walked to my dresser and picked an outfit out. Pink polo shirt, denim ripped jeans and a pair of sneakers I found in my closet.

I got dressed then sprayed some cologne on myself. After, I put on some jewelry and clear glasses.

I finished getting ready then grabbed a duffle bag and put some additional clothing. If she accepts my apology then we'll be staying at Hotel Riu Palace.

I looked up the house then made my way to the Benz. I opened the back door and threw the duffle bag in. I got into the drivers seat then made my way to Kam's house.

I pulled up outside her gate and blew my horn continuously

Eh eh a fi yuh yaad?

I decided to just get out and knock on the door. Before I could knock Kamara came outside and pushed me closing the door behind her.

"Yuh cya have manners?" She asks whisper-yelling

"Sorry, memba yuh seh u did wah guh somewhere" I said smiling sheepishly

"Yuh coulda call mi." She says through clenched teeth

I rubbed my hands down my face "Look Kam, mi sorry fi how mi deal wid u lastnight"

"Ok" she says flatly

I'll take it

"Alright" I clasped my hands "Gwan guh pack some clothes"

She turned her head swiftly "Mi neva seh mi a guh no weh wid yuh"

"Nuh u did seh u wah guh somewhere night before last night?" I asked

"Mi nah talk to u" she says rolling her eyes.

I sighed. "Mi already book everything"

She side eyed me fighting back a smile "Fine but mi nah stay long wid u"

Ummm.....

"About that....weaguhstayawahhotel" I rushed out?

"Wah?"

"The place weh mi a tek u, we affi go stay at a hotel for the night" I said scratching my head nervously.

Boss a get nervous

Yuh need fi know when fi come ina ppl argument n when not to.

"I'm not staying at a hotel!! Yuh think mi parents woulda allow dat?" She whisper-yell

I hissed "Jus tell dem seh a mi ya stay wid"

She groaned. "Follow me" she side eyed me. "Ah be quiet cuz a early mawning mi sure mi parents nuh wah hear no noise a dem head" she rolls her eyes.

I rubbed my hands following her inside grinning. She led me to the living room and told me to sit.

Mi a dog?

I sat down and she left the living room. I waited patiently for her to come back. A couple mins later she came out with both parents.

Kam stood in front of me and I licked my lips. She's only dressed in a black spaghetti crop top and tiny shorts that leaves nothing to your imagination.

I stood up. "Good morning" I said and they shook my hand

"Ok so mummy an daddy unu members shane?" Kam asks and they nodded

"Welll......" She says trailing off  "here he is"

Miss p gasped and immediately jumped up to hug me "Look how long we nuh see u son and u come in here a be formal" she says smiling at me

I chuckled "neva wah come off as disrespectful"

Kam's father walked up to me laughing and dapping me up "Wah gwan young chap"

"Deh ya a gwan whole out man" I says returning the favour

Her parents exchanged a glance before speaking at the same time smirking.

"A him deh drive u round from wah day"

"A him pick u up wah day?"

Kam blushed looking around "yep" she says popping the 'p'

I chuckled and sat back down. "I actually have something to ask tho" she says sitting beside me while her parents sat on the couch that's in front of us.

"We sorta kinda planned on going somewhere but were going to be staying at a hotel for the nigh-"

"No"

"Yes"

Her parents said at the same time. Her dad looked over to her mom "She cya stay wid him a wah hotel" Brad says

"Yes she can" her mom rolls her eyes "She aguh live by herself by yuh blink yuh eye"

Her father huffed crossing his arms staring at me.

Afta anuh mi do nth....

"Yes u can go Kam" her mother smiles.

"Ok thank you" she says smiling.

"Actually we go affi leave now" I paused checking my watch "Because we have reservations for 1:30" I said

"Ok then Kam gwan guh get ready" her mom says walking to the kitchen. Brad still hasn't uttered a word.

Kam got up and....

LORDD HAVE MERCY!!

I grabbed her hand "Pack a bathing suit to" she nods smiling

As soon as she left out of the room her father glared at me again.

"Any how mi pickney come back wid one scratch pon har body a u dat."

"Yuh know mi enuh Brad, nth nah do her" I said chuckling

he hums "Mek sure" he dapped me up and walked down the hallway

I sat patiently in the living room. 40 minutes later she came out of the room. Its now 10:55

A suh long smaddy tek fi get ready. She walked into the living room with a Short black body suit and sneakers. She looks breathtaking.

I stood up and took her bag. She called for her parents and they came and hugged her

"Unu stay safe pon the road" Her dad says and her mom agrees.

I said my goodbyes and went outside placing her bag beside mine. I got in the car and turned on the AC. 5minutes later she comes outside and got in the car and I pulled off.
