That evening Peter came home early and helped the others with the decoration, let's say the pranks started earlier than Tony thought.

Shuri came early and the four, Peter, Shuri, Loki, and Clint started their pranks immediately, "Spidey boy!", she shouted as she entered.

"Nerd girl!", he also shouted and both hugged, Tony sighed shaking his head, and sat on the couch already exhausted.

Steve smiled and kissed his husband before greeting the King of Wakanda, they left the four and started their work again when suddenly they heard a crash from the common lab, where the four were.

"Nope, nuh-uh if they mess with that lab they have to clean it up", Tony said getting up and Steve chuckled and helped his husband.

Both went downstairs to see the lab a total mess, Clint's rubber arrows were all in one of the Iron man suits, and Loki had made small fireworks pop out of another suit.

Peter was webbing Shuri to a column, loud music was playing and Tony indicated Jarvis to stop and looked at his son.

"Peter honey what are you doing?", he asked and turned to see Steve laughing, he didn't see Clint and Loki so he knew one was in the vent and the other transported himself somewhere.

"Hey dad, hey pops", he said and continued webbing Shuri, "We are trying something new", Shuri said and Tony elbowed Steve who stopped laughing.

"Which is?", Steve asked, "Well we know Peter's web doesn't dissolve for 3 hours unless the dissolver is used, so we thought of using the widow bites", Shuri said.

The parents had shocked looks on their faces, "I am sorry what?", Tony asked knowing very well what the bites do.

"You see dad, Uncle Clint's arrows and your blasters break the web, but I had never seen Aunt Nat's bites work, so that's why we are testing it", he said and Tony looked aghast.

"Can't you do it to a web on the wall or somewhere instead of a living being?", Tony asked and Peter stopped.

"You are right dad", Peter said and Tony exhaled his breath, "But Pete we have to see what the widow bites will do to the human being also right?", Shuri asked.

"You know what I am out, just please don't die", Tony said and left, "Pete be careful, I don't understand science like you all, but finish this soon and get ready, others will be here soon", Steve said.

"Ok papa", Peter said and Steve smiled before leaving...

~ Party time ~

Many were present at the party including Ned and MJ, who were attending as guests and still haven't been given id cards due to security problems.

This is the first time they had been in the tower and Ned was awestruck by all the avengers present and Mj was... Mj.

Peter and Shuri approached them, they had managed to not die and definitely did not blow one of Tony's suits which were near to them when experimenting.

Thankfully it was not one of his favorite suits and Steve 'convinced' him so that Peter was not grounded.

The cake was brought in by Nat, which was made by Bucky and Peter was the happiest human being at that moment standing in between his fathers with his family proudly looking at him.

As he was going to blow out the candles the alarms blared, the 'Red and Black Spandex Alert' alarm, Peter sighed as he heard his boyfriend's voice.

"Babyboy!", Wade called and jumped next to Tony, "Nope I can't do this, Peter tell this asshole to get away from me as far as possible", Tony said holding one hand over his heart.

"Good to see you too tin-can", Wade said and Steve who was watching this with amusement saw a tiny curve on Tony's lips and chuckled and nudged Peter.

Peter kissed Wade as he received a wish and Wade went and stood next to Ned and Mj, finally Peter cut the cake.

This was the first time after a really long time, Peter was celebrating his birthday with his parents, the parents he always yearned for.

As the parents fed Peter the cake, Peter hugged them both, "Thank you papa dada, for being for me, with me, and having me as your child", Peter whispered so they could only hear.

Tears fell from all three's eyes as he said that and the parents kissed Peter's head, "Thank you for being our child Pete", Tony said.

Steve wiped Peter's tears, "The birthday boy shouldn't cry today", he said and Peter nodded, "Ok now gifts", Tony announced and all clapped.

Tony saw Nat hide her phone and groaned thinking one of the many things she has to blackmail him.

Steve and Tony gave their gifts together first and Peter opened the box and his jaw dropped as he saw all the spiderman related stuff.

"Cool", he said as he went through all the stuff and hugged them both hard muttering 'thank you' again and again.

"Your welcome bubba, but look at the bottom of the box, your dad has something special for you in it", Steve said.

Peter did as he was told and found some documents, "Not another adoption?", he asked and all laughed.

"No bubba read it", Tony said and Peter read it as the parents watched with anticipation, "No", Peter said and got up.

"Pete-", Tony started, "No dad I understand your reason", he said gesturing to Tony's stomach which was 6 months now.

"But I don't think it's for me, I am spiderman and I need to get into MIT, Pepper can do it or she can do it", Peter said gesturing to Tony's abdomen and Pepper shook her head.

"I am sorry Peter I can help you, but I can't be the full control, I can't be the CEO of Stark Industries and Stark Tech", Pepper said.

"She isn't even here bubba and she needs at least 20 years before she sits as the CEO, till then it has to be you", Tony said.

The ones who were confused now understood, but remained silent except for Ned who squeaked and gave Peter a thumbs up.

"No Ned this is not funny, it's a huge responsibility, it's an identity, which I can't claim, dad...", Peter said and looked at Tony.

Tony had this look that made Peter stagger a bit, he saw that his dad was tired, he needs rest, the look which only the close avengers(Nat and Clint and Bruce and definitely Steve) knew about.

Not even Wanda and Pietro knew, "Dad you raised this amazing company, what if I fail? what if I destroy the wonderful name it has?", Peter asked and neared his dad and pops.

"You won't bubba, because I trust you, your papa trusts you, we all trust you. You are Peter Stark-Rogers", he said and told the reason behind this decision, the same one he said to Steve.

"Ok fine", Peter said and all cheered, "Tony what about the media?", Pepper asked, "They don't need to know, just arrange a meeting with the most important and close investors and the board, no one else should know and all should sign the NDA form as they enter", he said and Pepper nodded.

"And everyone in this room except the avengers, had already signed an NDA, so not a word out of the room", he said and all nodded.

"Good so let's continue", he said cheerily and went to his husband and son, who was still in shock.

"Hey Pete listen, I will guide you, Pepper will be there for you", Tony said seeing his son, and Steve side-hugged Peter who cocooned himself in his father's arms.

"I know dad I just...", he said and looked up into Tony's eyes, "I hope I make you proud", Peter said and the parents smiled softly.

"You already did", Tony said softly, "I love you dads", Peter said smiling and they chuckled, "We also love you Peter, always", they said together and the small family hugged. 

I saw this comment on Pinterest, where it said Steve was the first one to run and receive Tony when he arrived on Earth and he was the last to leave when Tony died and that he carried Tony in the end.

I broke down...
