"Tony this would be perfect for him right?", Steve asked as he looked through the gift they bought Peter.

A set of spiderman things, a funko pop figure, spiderman headphones, a spiderman keychain, a phone case, a tie, and a drawing by Steve.

"Yes honey he would love it", Tony said and they closed the box for Peter's birthday the next day, "Steve I thought of writing the Stark industries to him too", Tony said and Steve nearly dropped the box.

"I am sorry what?", he asked and Tony bit his lip before responding the same thing again, "Are you sure Tony? I know he is intelligent, but he is still our kid who is just turning 15 and is still in school, can he handle all of it?", Steve asked thinking about how exhausted Peter gets after his superhero activities.

"I know Stevie, but Peter is the next Tony Stark, he will one day be the Captain of the avengers too, but till then... because after we have this little one I wouldn't have time to look after the company", Tony said.

"And also I don't think I deserve to be the CEO considering I did some wrong things, Peter will be the best and he will have Pepper's help till he can manage it alone", Tony said and Steve thought about it.

"He will only need to attend meetings and sign papers when needed, he doesn't need to be present always", Tony continued.

"I know I can do that myself, but I know my life is not that, it never was, I always was meant to be Iron man, I still need to protect the World and I can't step down from that", he finished. 

"You are right Tony, we can't step down from our superhero duties and with this little one it will be a handful and if you think this is the best, I will stand support to you", Steve said.

Tony smiled and kissed his husband and both hugged each other...

~ The Next Day ~

Steve woke up first and kissed Tony's forehead before walking into Peter's room and smiled seeing the spidey boy sleeping on his front.

Steve sat next to Peter and slowly ran his hand through the small brunette's hair who smiled at that and snuggled more into the hand.

This made Steve chuckle and kiss Peter's temple, "Happy birthday bubba", he wished and Peter muttered a small thank you sleepily and moved onto his pops lap.

Steve still ran his hand through the messy tangles, while Peter muttered some science at which Steve smiled.

"Hey bubba come on get up, you have school and I can make you waffles", he said and Peter opened his eyes.

But didn't get up from his comfortable place and looked up at his pops, "Papa I would love some waffles on the bed", he said and closed his eyes again.

"Well your uncle Bucky is making some of his famous chocolate chip cookies", said the genius's voice from the doorway and that made Peter jump up from the bed.

"Papa's waffles and дядя Buck's cookies!!!", he said excited, "The best birthday start ever", Peter said jumping, and Tony laughed and hugged Peter.

"Happy Birthday Underoos", he said softly and Peter melted into the hug, "Jarvis take a picture of this", Steve whispered and he heard an ok in his earpiece.

"Thank you dad", he said but Tony didn't let him go still, "Dad can't breath", Peter said and Steve chuckled getting up from the bed as Tony released the hug and wiped his tears.

"You are growing up", Tony said as Peter smiled at that, "Ok no tears today, go get ready I will make waffles, you can invite Ned and MJ today", Steve said going out after kissing Tony and Peter on their foreheads.

"Thank you papa, Can I invite Wade?", he asked behind Steve, "Ask your dad", Steve shouted and Peter looked at Tony with puppy eyes.

The genius sighed, "Ok fine but I won't take the protocol down at any cost, it will alarm when he enters the building, but it will be fun to watch", Tony said before going out.

Peter smiled and shook his head, what can he say? even though his dad did these sorts of things he loved his family.

"Happy Birthday boss", he heard Karen in his earpiece as he activated it, "Thank you Karen", he said.

"Happy birthday Peter", "Happy birthday Master Stark-Rogers", said the voices of Jarvis and Friday.

Friday sometimes talks when Jarvis allows her as she takes on the other levels of the building, "Thanks J and Fri, and Friday call me Peter please", he said.

"Ok Peter", she said but Peter knew she would go back to the usual again, he got ready and ran out to see the others present.

"Happy Birthday паучок", Nat wished him, "Thank you мама паук", he said hugging her, "Happy birthday Peter", the others wished hugging him one by one which he gladly accepted.

"Thank you guys", he said grateful for having them, and ran into the kitchen, "Happy Birthday Peter", Buck wished him.

"Спасибо дядя Buck(Thank you uncle Buck)", he said and took one of the hot cookies from the plate and got a glare from his pops.

"Just one pops, I promise I won't eat the rest now", he said and Steve smiled and nodded as he finished the waffles.

He with some help from Bucky took the plates to the dining table and all gathered and sat down and started to eat.

"So Tony what have you planned tonight?", Bruce asked and Tony smiled, "Glad you asked Brucie Bear, I have arranged a small party with the rest of the avengers", he said and Peter looked excited.

"So Shuri will come?", Peter asked with a mischievous glint in his eyes and Tony nodded sighing knowing very well what will happen.

When the princess of Wakanda, Peter, Loki, and Clint joins together it always ends up in utter chaos, Peter and Clint high-fied.

"And I asked Wade, Ned, and Mj, they said they will come", Peter said and Tony let his head drop on Steve's shoulder who was next to him.

The others snickered, "Warn that asshole if he tries doing something, I will blast him to the end of the World", Tony muttered.

"Language", Steve muttered while Peter nodded holding his laugh, the others were laughing so hard that Clint started choking on his waffles.

"Please die on it", Tony muttered loud enough for all to hear making all laugh louder, "Don't worry Stark I won't let you in peace so soon", Clint said and Tony grumbled.

Peter smiled at these interactions, he did love his dysfunctional family...
