"Sorry Madre." Moxxie head down a bit.
Maria rubs her forehead after being told the story. How her child basically lied to her and kept hidden he has meet someone. Been calling himself Puppet. For the past few years mind you.
That someone being Prince Stolas.
She tries to see it from his point a few. For peak sake he is older than her. Why should he tell her everything?
But his body and parts of his mind is still a child sometimes. When se look at those eyes that showed weakness and innocence's of tiredness that a child shouldn't have. Even if he has been physically growing. Growing and been in so pain, betrayal in the past. Too much responsibility he was force and burden to bare till he couldn't take it anymore.
But what she feared is if Stolas would hurt him.
Would take a lot to hurt her feral child. Yet, Moxxie been through too much. Either physically, mentally, and emotionally. While it seems and sounds like Stolas doesn't mind her child. Especially, since he been helping with the space and the star space. She can't help but worry.
What if Stolas finds out 'Puppet' been a imp all this time.
An Imp with magic that rivals and possible stronger than their own.
Someone who apparently began to get a little to fond of her feral child.
She can't forbid Moxxie for seeing Stolas. Would be laughable at this point. Plus, apparently their meetings usually random. So, who knows when he'll see him again. Of course, if she pointed out where Stolas live he probably just say 'okay'.
Glance at her son who kick the ground a little. Face calm but the look worries and fear in his eyes.
"I want you to text me when you see Stolas. At least to keep me update about this star and poison situation. Or if something really serious happen."
"Madre?"
"Moxxie I can't control your life right now. I will admit im still not pleased for this secret to be hidden from me." Watch as his head lower down. "Just answer me this. Has he ever hurt you?"
"Nope."
"Or touch you?"
"Annoying random hugs." Till he learns he didn't like it and got a full screech. Sees the look. "Madre nothing like that never happen."
Maria stared at her son for a long time and let out a sigh. "I know im being a pain ass protective mom but I need to be sure."
Along with probably arrange a funeral for a certain bird. If he dare do anything to her feral child!
"Plus, he has a wife and kid. Would be stupid to cheat with someone like me."
Maria facepalm.
Puppies barking and jumping around a confused, oblivious, Moxxie.
Whelp time to bring out the books again.
