It has been repeated many times. Taehyung wakes up in the early morning to see Jin and finds him vomiting or crying at the edge of the garden, the peculiar thing is that he does it very quietly. Taehyung never thought that someone could silence his crying or vomiting. Not even his runny nose, you can hear it when you are very close and Taehyung has not been able to get close enough to hear it. It is painful to see him, it gives the feeling that something is destroying him inside. Taehyung would like to talk about it with Jin, to know a little more about him, but Jin is never open to conversation.

On the contrary, he seems to shy away from talking to him for a long time. Even the insistence on avoiding dressing up too much. Jin gives the feeling that he wants to remain an ordinary person instead of being the striking flower he is, no amount of grooming can hide the beautiful face he has. His hair, his mannerisms, even the vague way of speaking Jin has demonstrated is a very artistic one, full of over-studied culture.

The perennial fear of me trying to talk to him is another thing that disturbs Taehyung; he has seen Jin talking to workers; some servant or other; even to the Japanese and he seems to be helping them to study Korean. Then there is his person, who simply attends to his orders of what he wants him to make more flowers in a certain place. Taehyung wonders if he has done something wrong that deserves this kind of contempt from the mysterious character. He thought he was doing fine: he's let him have his space, get comfortable, given his everything he needs, and he hasn't been demanding either. In technical terms, actually, not demanding at all, just flowers and that's something Jin naturally knows how to do.

"How have you been feeling these days? Are you better or do you need anything." asks Taehyung mid-meal, the pink-haired man doesn't answer him, he seems to mull over his answer, make it sound convincing.

"No. I'm fine. I just need the sauce." Jin points to the plate on the right corner of the table and next to Taehyung, he cringes it embarrassed that he put it there. They're supposed to go in the middle.

"I was thinking... you could tell me a little more about why you're running away. I have no problem with helping you, I doubt it was anything that serious." he assures calmly and Jin stops his meal with full cheeks and a bit of sauce dripping down his lip.

"I just wanted to leave." It sounds like an all-too-obvious evasion a lie.

"Why run away from where you came from? And in such a lousy state why not find another way?"

Jin doesn't say anything to him, he hurries to finish eating to leave Taehyung alone.

~ * * * ~

"Maybe I can never fly" Taehyung comes out of his study to see where the melodious voice is coming from. "I can't fly like the flower petals over there..." He finds Jin, who insistently caresses and cuddles Eunji. The dragoness gurgles with her eyes closed from the pleasure it gives her. "Or as though I have wings." Jin gives her a kiss on the snout before the dragoness hugs him with her paws, coils around Jin and her petal-covered body swells bristling with pleasure. "Maybe I, I can't touch the sky" He gets through the giggles, so it's not so harmonious anymore. "Still, I want to stretch my hand outI Iwant to run, just a bit more."

Taehyung withdraws without interrupting. Seok complains about it, he wants to join in the embrace It looks fun!

The lord returns thoughtfully to his study. He muses that maybe Jin is running away from someone. He remembers that in school they used to say that kisaeng often had problems because some people wanted to take advantage of them. The so-called "Gibu" or husbands of Kisaengs, who wanted to claim them for themselves, believing them to be their own property, and although they relatively are, they belong to the State, not to the person who gives them economic support. Taehyung considers that maybe who Jin escapes from is some gibu who took advantage of him.
