Percy's POV

I was rudely awoken by receiving a splash of water in the face. Spluttering, I opened my eyes and sat forward to glare at a smug Chaos holding a empty glass of water while Ethan stood behind sniggering. "Must you?" I asked.

"Yes, I must." Chaos replied to my question, making me bit back my words in return. "Come, you need to craft your rings now."

"Okaa....wait what?! Rings? Who do you think I am? The lord of the rings?" I shouted, surprised. That made Ethan laugh more harder. "No....well, actually yes...." Chaos relented and stopped for a while to glare at Ethan as he dropped to the ground, laughing. Once Ethan saw his glare, his laughter slowly died down and he stood up, a sheepish grin on his face.

"Sorry, but you guys arguing are too funny. I mean, seriously, Percy? Lord of the rings? You must be one heck of a seaweed brain to say that." Ethan explained.

"Wait a second...how did you...oh yeah, you told me." I suddenly remembered.

"Hellooooo?? Power over memory here...." Ethan waved.

"So, how do I craft my 'rings'?" I asked Chaos. Chaos turned and just smiled.

I followed Chaos into a platform, where it lifted us up. The strange thing is, it stopped at the top, before zooming left. The sudden movement nearly cause me to fall, but Chaos caught me before I did. "Careful there, you would not want to fall down. It is a long way down... If you survive the fall..." He told me, ending his speech with a sinister tone. "Geez, how nice..." I muttered more to myself.

After a long trip of zooming through corridors and doors, the platform finally slowed to a stop. Chaos walked out calmly, while I staggered out, one hand on my stomach. "Urgh, that was intense." I groaned.

"Then I'm lucky that I did not take that." A familiar voice spoke. I looked up, to see Ethan there, hand outstretched. "Surprise!"

"Wait...h-how did y-you...how did you get here before us?" I stumbled back and got on my feet, stammering.

"That is the beauty. I didn't. Now, you coming or what?" Ethan turned back to walk towards a glowing round door. Chaos said in my mind:Ethan extracted an image of himself and projected it here. Simply speaking, he is a solid hologram.

"Chaos is right, I am simply an image, you can call me a memory. But rest assured, even though I am just one memory, all the stuff that I see or do is transmitted into my real body. I am just essentially another extension of my body. Now, back to the main topic." Ethan spoke up suddenly as he pushed the door lightly. He removed his hand and the imprint of his hand is left. It started glowing and shortly after the imprint sank into the door it hissed opened.

I was left literally mouth hanging. Countless machines droned on and it stretched across the entire dome, almost never-ending. I glanced around and I saw Die at a forge, using a power hammer.

I followed Ethan and Chaos to Die. When he saw us, he immediately stopped what he was working on and gestured us to come over. When we did, he showed us what he has been working on. "Look, after Ethan restored my memories I got visions of this guy building a war machine. Check out his designs! The person who did this is a genius!" He showed us the blueprints on the table close to him. When I looked at it, I got a feeling of déjà vu, for the blueprints were that of Festus, the bronze dragon.

I looked at Die's work. It was a chip, almost completed. With a sudden realisation, I got this feeling that tells me that this is Festus's chip. "Now, Die, we are sorry to disturb you, but could you help Abbadon make and perhaps teach him how to create rings while so? Thanks. Now, I gotta go and stop Bowyer and Reaper from killing each other and...HEY! WILL YO–" Ethan told Die before flickering and disappeared, most likely to stop Bowyer and Reaper. I looked for Chaos, but it seemed that he had disappeared. I turned back to see Die smiling at me. "Now let's see what you can do, big guy."
