10. Meeting Levi Jones pt2

I could feel the tension rising, negative and dark all coming from the blonde just behind me.

"Gwen say hi to Levi Jones"
Gwen looked at me sharply her face torn between anger and polite smiling, she put out her hand and smiles a fake smile,
"Hello Levi nice to..meet you" her smile was so put on it hurt, levi of course shook her hand with a genuine smile and looked at me with sad kind of eyes,
I pulled him a little further away from Gwen who was shooting daggers at him from beside mums hospital bed.

"Lev are you okay?"
I put my right hand on his shoulder and my left on his cheek kind of hot and flustered,
He looked at me with those gorgeous green eyes,
"She doesn't like me does she?"
My hand dropped from his face to his waist as I shook my head looking at the ground,
"No I don't think so, I'm sorry... I will talk to her later at home I promise.."
His sad frown turned into a sad sort of smile, he checked his watch and then his clip board pulling away from me with a short hug ,
"I have to go quickly mrs.quickly needs me for treatment"
I quirked an eyebrow with a frown,
"The old lady on the second floor?"
He nodded and laughed kissing me on the cheek before making his way out of sight.

I stare after him as he gets further away from me up the stairs to the second floor but shortly was interrupted by a tap on the shoulder, thinking it was Gwen I turned sharply but my face softened at the sight of peter with a bouquet of flowers (lilies) I smile slightly as he holds them with both hands,
"Hey y/n"
"Hey Pete.. uh.. those go over with the other flowers plus her favourites are dandelions for future reference"
He gave a confused look then quickly replied,
"Oh I know that but it's only just turned spring plus these are your favourites... they're for you"
I looked at him surprised at the nice gesture,
"I uh-"
"Take them" he shoved them in my hands in his awkward ways,
"..I it's uh- a peace offering I love you y/n I always will your my sister for gods sake I love you and I miss you"
I stare at him in awe on the verge of tears but I don't cry, I put the flowers down on a table and hug him tight not letting go until someone coughs I turn around to see that Levi had returned now just staring at me and peter.

"Oh Levi you're back great this is my brother peter Parker"
I saw Levi's face relax a million with a soft smile his hand out to which peter shook with an awkward smile,
"I'm Peter Parker y/n's cousin or brother anyway you must be Levi?"
He nods chuckling to himself,
"Yes I'm Levi Jones your aunts doctor and y/n's..."
He looked at me confused as if to say 'what are we?' To which I stepped into the conversation,
"My boyfriend peter he's my boyfriend"
They looked shocked at this we hadn't put a label on it but I could see Levi liked it how ever Peter looked too shocked,
"Oh cut it out Peter yes a BOYfriend it's not that shocking"
I playfully punch him in the arm and we both laugh I hear a groan come from Gwen I had forgotten she was here.

I looked at peter, he looked at me instantly knowing what to do he went over and nudged her,
"What?"
Gwen's voice was sharp if a tone could kill peter would be really dead right now,
"What's up with you grumpy pants?"
She looked at him dangerously,
I didn't hear the conversation from there onwards I didn't want to! Gwen was being unreasonable she should be happy for me if she was really my best friend should she not?
I turned back to my boyfriend... boyfriend ? That felt nice to say... I turned back to him with a smile I scrunch my face and kiss his cheek holding his hands to steady myself on my tip toes,
"Don't do that.."
He says with a playful tone letting me know he's not serious,
"Do what? This"
I kiss his cheek again,
"No that nose thing"
I was confused now,
"What nose thing?"
"You know-"
"I don't do a nose thing"
"The nose scrunch!"
"I do a nose scrunch?!"
"Yeah and it's cute so you can't not at work"
"Oh.. fine"
Now I was being childish I held a straight face with a forceful sour look across my features.

"Oh come on now you're stone cold?"
I nodded eyes cold lips straight as a line,
I saw him look down.. oh shit he knows what he's doing,
"Okay fine.."
He says before bending down to my height and kissing my lips,
I tried to keep a straight face but the more he did it the more I melted,
"Okay okay stop"
We were laughing my arms around his neck him still bent to my height,

I kiss him once more before playfully slapping his arm,
"Now go do your job like a good little intern surgeon"
He laughed backing away and off to do his job.

I turn around gwen and peter staring, peter smirking but kind of proud, Gwen in disgust looking like she was going to throw up at any minute,
"What?!"
"So cute my sister has a boyfriend"
He eyed Gwen almost as if she was a bomb ticking ready to explode,
"It was icky and gross"
She piped up practically gagging as she said it
What was with her today!! She was fine earlier.
