Okay, so my thing on how states act is simple. They have their own personality. I chose to do this so that they could grow more and so the wouldn't be confined to one opinion. Plus I hate having to paint one states as such a bad person compared to the other states. Now some parts of a states personality comes from its people cuz, ya know, but a majority of it is its own. Like the OG 13 are more inclined to show they care about each other during colonial times, unlike how their colonist did. Part of that reason being the fact the OG 13 lived together for awhile already. Now there will be state fights and rivalry such as Ohio and Michigan. I wanted to point this out for before I get to the Civil War and American Revolution.
