Herschel opened the gate as the five of you walked in. The group was instantly greeted with walkers. You killed as you moved forward, making sure that you were with everyone. You could see the gate that was full of them, but you couldn't get to it as walkers in guard gear came out of nowhere. It broke the group up, you couldn't get the head.
But Maggie went under.

"You see that."

So all of you did as she did and went under the helmets the walkers wore. You are all able to get to the gate and shut it.
Once you cleared the courtyard, the group made its way into a cell block. As it turned out it was clear.

"This is perfect." Rick said "Lets get everyone in."

"I ain't sleeping in no cage ." Daryl said.

"Daryl, don't be like this." You said.

"Nah, you and I are sleeping on the porch." Daryl said, dragging a mattress.

You sighed, but helped him. Once done you put your stuff down and went to the group. Rick explained that they needed to find the armory, cafeteria, and medicine.

"I'm going with you." Herschel said.

"Why?" You asked "Dad, I can identify the meds."

"I know, but two of my girls are going out there." Herschel said "Gotta make sure you two are safe."

"Take this." T-Dog handed him a vest.

Once out, Carl made sure that the door was locked. Glenn made sure to spray paint arrows so they knew where to go. The hall was clear until turning a corner.

"Go Back! Go back!" Rick yelled.

You did as told, but you lost Glenn and Maggie. You didn't even notice that Herschel had left, until you heard screaming. Your blood ran cold as you saw a walker biting at Hershel's leg.

"Daddy!" Maggie yelled.

"Dad!" You yelled.

T-Dog and Glenn picked up Herschel and helped carry him. Your mind went blank as you killed walkers that got too close. You had made it to the cafiteria, Rick laid Herschel down as T-Dog scurred the door. 

"Hold him down." Rick said.

You, Glenn, and Daryl did as Maggie was crying. You didn't look as Rick took his axe and began chopping his leg. Herschel didn't even scream, just had silent ones. but he did pass out which made Maggie cry harder. 

"Duck." Daryl said, pointing his crossbow.

There was a group of men, alive watching what had just happened. You didn't mind them as you went past them, Glenn right behind you.  You gotten a cart as he gabbed cloths and made your way back to the group. 

"What did you do to him?"

"He was bit." Daryl said.

The prisoners looked confused at that. You helped Rick and Glenn put Herschel on the cart. T-Dog opened the door and you rushed out of there. You pushed the cart, Maggie was right beside her dad, Rick at the front, T and Glenn at the sides, and Daryl in the back.  You followed the arrows back to the cell blocks. 

"Open the door!" Rick yelled "Its Herschel!" 

You didn't stop until you made it to his cell. You had help getting him on the bed. You switched off and gotten to work. 

"I need lots of bandgs, needle thread, and achohal." You said, checking the leg "Its a clean cut, should heal nicely."

"Y/n you don't have to do this." Rick said.

You didn't hear him, your focus was to save your dad. You took the cloths and pressed on them to stop the bleeding.

You sat outside, you needed the fresh air. Herschel had made it, he lost alot of blood, but he lived. His blood was all over you, you wiped your face and were sure it was already there on your face and hair. Footsteps caught your attention as it made its way over to you.

"You doing alright?" 

You didn't say anything as he sat beside you. Daryl took a rag out of his pocket and wiped your face.

"Y/n?" 

You turned to look at Maggie, Beth was right behind her. Both the girls had smiles on there faces, they wrapped you in there arms. You had tears in your eyes and niether girls or Daryl judged you for it.
