Who's ready for the heartbreak, don't kill me it had to happen!

You heard yelling. Your eyes  was closed, but you knew people were in the room. The problem was that they didn't sound familiar, they weren't your family. You opened your eyes and saw a man in a lab coat, like a doctor. But that wasn't possible, hospitals didn't exist anymore. But what caught your eye was a blonde hair girl.
"Beth?" You called out.
"I'm right here Y/n, I'm not gonna leave you." Beth said, holding your hand.
"You know her?" The doc asked.
"My sister." Beth said.
"Beth, they hit me." You said, worried "What about my baby?"
The doctor looked at the two people and so did a woman in a cop uniform.
"You dumbasses hit a pregnant woman!" The lady yelled "You better hope that baby survives or its your asses!"
You were freaking out now, wanting nothing more to know if your baby would survive. But Darkness had taken over again, Beth was calling your name as you wen't under.

You weren't sure if you had made it, you weren't sure if all of it was a dream. It didn't seem real, you had been hit by a car and now you find Beth. It didn't make any sense, but when you opened your eyes you knew it wasn't a dream. Beth was right by your side as you awoke.
"Y/n, how are you feeling?" Beth asked.
"Like I was hit by a truck." You said "Beth how did you end up here?"
"I'm not even sure, I couldn't tell you." Beth said "All I know is that I woke up here."
"I'm glade I found you." You said "Daryl and I were coming to get you, we ended up meeting Noah."
"I'm glade you meet him. He's a good guy." Beth said "He's not gonna hurt anyone."
You grab hold of her hand, she smiles back at you with sadness in her eyes. A knock on the door before it opens to reveal a doctor.
"Well, your awake. That's good." The doc said "How you feeling?"
"Sore, but think I'll be okay." You said.
"Well that's good, and glade Beth is here with you." The doc said "I have to tell some bad news."
*Warning Loss of Pregnancy*
"What?" You asked.
"You had some internal bleeding, we had to open you up. Because of this we had to monitor your pregnancy, there was some complications. The pregnancy could not be saved." The doc said "I'm so sorry."
You looked at him, hand on your stomach not wanting to believe what he had said. You didn't feel your bump that you once had, but it couldn't be true.
"You tried everything?" You asked "Tell me, step by step."
"Why, there's no point." The doc said.
"What were the complications?" You asked.
"It wouldn't have changed anything ."
"Where at? Where was the bleeding located at?"
"Location was near the center of the stomach, we couldn't directly find it."
"Why didn't you find directly first, your taught on day one that you have to find directly of the internal. It would have given the fetus a chance to live."
"I never worked with a pregnancy and internal bleeding before. But with what we have, we need to save our resource, however we can."
"I think that bullshit. I may have been hit, but I know that there would have been a better shot with it. I think you just don't want their to be any more reasons on resources than you need to. You don't get to sit their and tell me any different, I also have medical training, but it seems that you need a reset on it. Now get out of my room!"
The doctor stared at you before leaving in complete shock. You let the tears that you had been holding back drop and you cried in grief. The loss you felt was the worst. Beth hugged you as you cried into her.

Beth had left you alone to get something to eat. You had spoken to a woman named Dawn, see seemed very sorry about what had happened. You also told her how that doc didn't even try to save your baby. She was also surprised about your medical training. She wanted to get you some rest as you've had a rough day.
Beth came back not to longer after Dawn had left.
"There coming for us." Beth said "They captured 2 cops. We're gonna get out of here Y/n.."
"Daryls coming?" You asked.
"Yes, him and the group are coming for us."
