Fall in love with my best friends brother? CHECK
That's it. That's all I've got. I'm seriously stupid, how could this cliché happen to me. Kooper is my best friend, his older brother though? I have dreams of him.
I shouldn't like her.

"It's just a dance." I laughed holding my hand out. Taylor's eyes were skeptical and I couldn't help but laugh at her. She's giving me a hard time, and has been for a few months now. Keeping her distance every chance, she could, we don't hang out like we used to and it's been killing me. She is the reason my world kept spinning, being without her has been eating away at me slowly. "Please."
"Fine. Only cause you said please." She slid her hand in mine and allowed me to pull her body flush with mine as we danced at Kooper and Mya's wedding.
The wedding which was absolutely beautiful. My nephew Declan was running around in between everyone bumping into everything in his path, while Easton his little brother was sleeping away.
"Stop lookin' at the kids." Taylor spoke.
"Why? I love them little guys."
"Just because."
"You all the sudden hate kids Tay?" She shook her head no after giving me a stupid look. "Don't you want some yourself?" She shrugged.
"Maybe when someone comes along that's actually gonna love me. Till then I'm celibate." I nodded looking up as the last two times we were together went flashing through my mind. My dick decided now was a good time to wake up, and these pants were thin, fuck. I backed away from her.
"I uh, I need a drink."
"Right." I shook off her comments as I walked over and grabbed a beer. Gotta get myself back under control before allowing myself to get close to her again. When I opened my eyes back up to my surprise Kiser and Johanna were walking under the tent, handed something to Koop, both grabbed cake and sat down. I walked over to Taylor, knowing she was heading right to Kooper.
"I can knock him out." Taylor stated the second we were close enough to not be overheard. I kept my eyes on her to make sure she wasn't about to run.
"He lay a finger on you he'll be laid out." I stated, I would without a doubt lay out my own blood if he came near Taylor.
The next thing I knew Taylor was yelling over toward them and took a couple steps at Johanna before I grabbed ahold of her wrist and started laughing, damn firecracker she is. She whipped around and begged me to let her go but I refused even if I knew Tay wasn't scared of anything happening to herself. I kept laughing because Taylor wasn't giving up. I grabbed her around her waist and held her against my chest. She didn't stop fighting until Mya finally asked her not to.
A few days later I was at the bar waiting for Taylor to get finished and Kiser walked in. He sat right next to me at the bar.
"She got a shotgun back there and ain't afraid to shoot you with it." I said while tipping my glass to get the last bit of beer in it.
"You gonna wanna be on my side when this shit all goes down."
"Cryptic." I rolled my eyes.
"I got some shit on y'all, gonna lose everythin' unless ya play ball."
"Kiser, I don't know who you think you're talkin' to little brother, but I ain't one to shy away. I damn well ain't one to take sides with you. You betrayed our family, destroyed our brother. Now you come in here to try an destroy everythin' else?" Out of the corner of my eye I saw him nod toward Taylor.
"You hit that yet?" I turned my head to look at him. "Ha, that look says hard no."
"I don't think it's ever been any of your damn business."
"Serve's you right, she's a slut. I mean your type but..." I stood quick the stool I was sitting on sliding across the floor and gripped his shirt. Taylor came running over.
"What is goin' on?!"
"Eh, you know just rufflin' feathers about y'all not being a couple and shit." Kiser was smiling.
"Jokes on you Kiser, we're married, didn't you know. Got a son at home and another on the way." Taylor said without cracking a smile. It would have convinced me if you know, I didn't know any better.
"Oh an neither of you wear rings because what you're modern or some shit?" Taylor laughed.
"I own a bar, I ain't loosin' my diamond in the sink, and I know you mighta forgot what farmin' hands look like but..." She winked and I loosened my grip, making eye contact with Taylor and forgetting why I was holding on to Kiser in the first place. "Abbott, pick up that stood and sit you're butt back down. Kiser, you ain't welcome in here. I don't need or what your problems or your business, so you can go willingly or I'll have someone take out the trash." Taylor gave him a very contradicting sweet smile.
"Right, guess everyone has chosen. I'll be takin' my business elsewhere, this place is trash anyway." Kiser spat but Taylor just laughed.
"Good lucccckkkk, my customers don't like you either. Of that bitch of a shit whore wife you got." A few guys down at the other side of the bar stood up and started over toward us, Kiser picked up his speed in getting out the door pretty quick.

"Hey, where's Taylor? She's supposed to be workin' tonight." I asked Eden one of the girls working at the bar.
"She asked me to cover for her, said she was emotionally unable to do this." She shrugged. "Whatever the hell that's supposed to mean."
"Thanks." I pulled out my phone and looked for Taylor using her location. "Damnit Tay." I walked back out to my truck and started driving. Her phone was off so no luck on her location, and I knew what today was for her. I've been trying to get ahold of her all-damn day and she's been radio silence.
My headlights hit a truck that was off the sideof the road and I knew it was her old hunk instantly. I pulled behind itrealizing where I was and had to give myself a damn pep talk before getting outand walking over to the pond that I knew she was going to be in.
