Kieffer and I have been dating for about a month, a little more than actually. It sounds weird every time I think about it. I'm dating Kieffer Abbott. So weird. Things have been as perfect as they can be. He and Konnor have already built this crazy weird father-son bond thing. Kieffer comes by almost every night to put him to bed and hangs out with me for a little while before heading back to his house. I wish honestly that he would throw away his gentleman way and fuck the hell out of me. Sorry, sexually frustrated Taylor came out for a second.
He actually hasn't been over the past three nights, and we haven't been on the phone much. I was trying to not let it get to me but honestly between our son being used to the routine, and me getting used to seeing him every single day...it was kind of killing me. I literally crave his lips back against mine in the worst way.
Right now, I was heading to my grandaddy's from my daddy's. They both wanted to see Konnor so we did lunch at my daddy's and now heading to grandaddy's for dinner. The two of them don't get along otherwise we could have made this so much easier on ... well me.
"Poppy!"
"Yes baby, we're going to see Poppy." I laughed at how excited he got over visiting. That laugh quickly turned to concern when my truck shut off completely. "What the hell?" I got it over to the side of the road and tried to crank it over again. It sputtered and tried turning over but ultimately ended up flooded. Great. I grabbed my phone from my bag and threw my head back against the seat.
"Daddy, Daddy, Daddy!"
"If he'll answer." I said under my breath because it has been hit or miss the past three days. They had an emergency on the ranch but he didn't go into detail. I hit call and he picked up on the second ring and was laughing. "Great you sound like you're having fun."
"Hey darlin'."
"Hi."
"What's wrong?"
"Oh, I have a list."
"I've got time."
"Do you now?"
"You really tryin' to start a fight with me right now darlin'?" Oh, this man!
"Are you kiddin' me right now Kieffer?"
"What's going on Tay?"
"Well let's start with not seein' you for three days, barely hearin' from you for that same amount of time. Add in a cranky toddler because he hasn't seen his Daddy in that long. Plus, my truck broke down so I'm currently stranded on the side of the fuckin' road, and overly sexually frustrated. Is that a damn good start?!" Kieffer let out one single laugh. I wanted to jump through the phone and hit him.
"Baby, where are you?" I sighed.
"About 20 minutes away. I was at my daddy's place."
