Dog Man: Mothering Heights, with Petey and Maddie

Chapter 1: The Line of Duty

Dr. Scum was back with another scheme. In his lair, Scum laughed evilly as Dog Man and Milly were tied to each other, above a robot with the body of a shark, and the feet of a duck.

"I've got you now, Dog Man!" Dr. Scum said evilly. "Nobody can escape my terrifying Robo Shark Duck!"

That was when a foot kicked a hole in Dr. Scum's wall. That was when Chief came in. He was a lot taller and more muscular than before.

"Oh no, it's Chief!" Dr. Scum jumped. "Wait, I can explain!"

Chief grabbed Dr. Scum and tossed him behind as he then approached the Robo Shark Duck. The Robo Shark Duck kicked him back, but Chief got up. Chief tried to punch the Robo Shark Duck, but it chomped its jaws around Chief's fist.

Suddenly, Chief pulled the Robo Shark Duck's exoskeleton out, causing it to deflate. Chief walked over to Dog Man and Milly and karate chopped the rope, freeing them.

Chief caught Dog Man, while Millie fell down on the ground. Dog Man gave Chief a friendly lick to the face to thank him. Later on, Chief and Dog Man began to fly in the night sky.

'I believe puppies are our future. Teach them tricks and let them their tails. Show them all the bushes they can sniff outside. Give them a sense of p-"

It turned out to just a dream. Chief was sleeping in bed and his phone suddenly rung. Chief woke up and answered the phone. "Sup?" Chief asked. He gasped at what the person on the other side told him. "Dog Man was injured? In the line of duty? I'll be right there!"

Chief jumped out of bed and placed his slippers on. "Hold, on, Dog Man! I'm coming!" Chief ran out of the house and headed to the hospital.

"How is he? Is he gonna pull through?" When he got there, Chief saw two police officers.

"Don't worry, Chief," one of the police officers said. "He'll be fine."

"But what happened?" Chief asked.

"Let's let our sketch artist explain it," the police officers said. The other police carried a sketchbook. The two showed Chief that Dog Man got injured when he was drinking out of the toilet.

"So let me get this straight," Chief said. "Dog Man was drinking out of the toilet again, and the lid fell down and hurt his fingers."

"Bingo," one of the cops said enthusiastically.

"You said he was injured in the line of duty!" Chief said, sounding unhappy.

"No, I said 'line of doodie'," the cop corrected. "You see, there was a really long line at the bathroom, and we all had to go doodie, and well..."

Chief wasn't happy. He was concerned about Dog Man, but he was angry about the bathroom thing. "Get out of here!" He angrily ordered. The cops ran out of the hospital.

"Would you like to see him, Chief?" The Nurse Lady appeared. The same one who had saved Dog Man's life and was responsible for his creation.

"Yeah, is he okay?" Chief asked.

"Yes, he's fine," Nurse Lady said as she and Chief walked to Dog Man's hospital room. "But he kept chewing on his bandages and we couldn't get to stop, so we gave him a special collar."
