"since when was it your fucking business what I did with my damn life huh? The only pathetic one I'm seeing here is you, trying to act like you care about what I do with my life" Minho raised his voice, causing Jisung to take a step back.
Thinking it'd diffuse the situation, Jisung went over and gently wrapped his arms around Minho's waist, hiding his face in his chest.
For a split second it was almost as if Minho relaxed, but he couldn't tell with how quickly he pushed him away.
"don't fucking touch me" he spat.
"Get lost Minho, and get your fucking shit together" Felix finalised, rage filling his system and afraid of what he'd do if he stayed any longer.
Jisung must admit, for a small looking boy Felix was quite intimidating like this.
Grabbing Jisung's arm, Felix pulled them away from the situation, using his free hand to rub at his forehead.
"you know, I used to think Minho was a pretty decent friend. Yeah, he was often grumpy and cold but he did cute things for us when he felt like it. I asked him to get me snacks one afternoon but he said he wouldn't, yet came back at 11pm that evening with more snacks than I needed. It's a shame he let his arrogance take over" Felix sighed, utterly annoyed with the older's pissy behaviour.
Jisung understood this, he remembers Minho being cold but he also remembers the time he was comforted by him. Maybe he did care, just didn't know how to show it.
Instead of going to his lecture, Minho headed to the library, a quiet place to collect his thoughts.
He didn't care about missing his lectures considering he didn't even want to be here at all.
"hello?"
"what do you want, Minho? we haven't spoken in ages and I'm a little busy right now"
"I need help with something, just fucking come here I'll text you the address"
"Jesus, fine okay"

"what's the emergency? I have a wedding to be at." Miya collapsed in the door as if she had just run a mile, or a hundred.
"oh. who's wedding?"
"Mine. Now hurry your sorry ass up. What's the problem?" She came and sat down next to him on the floor by a bookshelf.
"oh, shit. Well..."
—
"I really want to talk to him"
"no, you don't. He's just gonna waltz in and fuck everything up again and you know it" Hyunjin scolded, having just been informed of Minho's reappearance.
"maybe he's changed? I mean, it has been 2 years..." Jisung tried to give him the benefit of the doubt.
"Come on. I wouldn't be so sure about that. If you're so desperate for a relationship, then you could just date me instead" Hyunjin said in a joking manner.
Jisung laughed along, oblivious to the truth behind Hyunjin's words.
"whatever, let's get you home. Just remember, Minho is bad news." Hyunjin patted his thigh and got up, signalling for Jisung to get up too and follow along to Hyunjin's car.
He didn't live far away from the college, which was good for him as he didn't want to stay in dormitories any longer.
Jisung got in the passenger seat, watching Hyunjin walk around and get in the drivers side and put on his seat belt.
It was awfully cold in the car, the tips of Jisung's fingers getting cold and the frosty air trickling up his skin making goosebumps raise.
He hugged his waist to provide a little warmth for himself, waiting patiently for Hyunjin to turn on the heating.
"are you cold? you really should've brought a coat, the evenings are always cold at the start of the year" Hyunjin grabbed one of Jisung's hands and warmed it between his own while the car got warmed up.
Hyunjin's hands were warm, and soft. It brought a smile to Jisung's face being cared for, it made him feel content.
Hyunjin returned the smile, causing Jisung's tummy to flutter. Hyunjin's smile was so sweet, like sugar.
He looked away and gazed out of the window as Hyunjin started to drive carefully, feeling happy and momentarily forgetting his worries. He thought that maybe if Hyunjin wasn't joking earlier he wouldn't mind, the older was such a good friend to him and he made him happy.
Love is a strong word, but Jisung felt like he could love Hyunjin, at least as a friend.
He looked over to the older as he focused on the road, lips laying perfectly together and a soft expression across his face. He was attractive, to say the least.
Before he knew it, they were parking out front of the college building, Hyunjin stopping the engine and looking across to the younger.
"we're here." He said, smiling at the boy that still stared longingly out the window.
He turned around, facing Hyunjin. He wasn't quite ready to step foot outside of the vehicle into the cold evening air now that the car had warmed up, it was almost comfy.
He stared into Hyunjin's eyes for a bit simply just to take in the details and different shades of brown that seemed to form perfectly together, just like everything else about him.
Leaning in, the older closed the gap between them, the rising tension being too much for him to handle.
They both closed their eyes, and Jisung didn't hesitate to reciprocate the kiss. He reached up one of his hands and used it to hold the side of Hyunjin's face, now being able to pull him a little closer with it.
He leaned as far in as he could, Hyunjin's soft fluffy lips a contrast to his slightly chapped ones.
Hyunjin didn't seem to mind this, though, and let the younger push into him as much as he wanted.
Before it got far too heated, Jisung realised what he was doing. Now with Minho back, he knew he was going to chase after him and he really did not want to break Hyunjin's fragile heart whether this meant anything to him or not. It felt so wrong for this to feel so good, but he caught himself and disconnected their lips.
"goodnight" He said simply, however not in a tone that would upset Hyunjin.
"goodnight, sungie" Hyunjin replied with a smile, and Jisung's heart ached.
