There was a knock on my door and I raced over to the door and came face to face with Thor and I sent him a tight lipped smile.

"Lady Sabrina, you look exquisite."

"Thanks Thor, you brush up nice," I mutter as he lead me down the hall to where I could hear music get louder and louder.

Once we both arrived there were cheers clearly for Thor and he lead my to a table and we sat down and he immediately started eating while I awkwardly started filling up my plate with small amounts of food and as I nibbled on the food, my anxiety too high to allow me to eat.

"THOR,"a bellowing voice thundered causing me to jump and squeak as Thor as the other large man hugged.

"Volstagg! Let me introduce you," Thor cried out and the attention was on me,"this is Lady Sabrina, she is a mortal witch from Midgard. Lady Sabrina, this is one of my dearest friends Volstagg."

I stood up and politely stuck my hand out for him to shake,"it's nice to meet you."

Thor's friend just kissed my hand out of politeness,"It is nice to meet you as well, Thor has spoken highly of you."

I lightly smiled, and sat down across from both of them watching as they gobbled down food and loudly spoke. Two other men arrived who I assumed where part of Thor's posse, one of them being extra flirty towards me. But their boyish behavior died down when a women stormed in, still in armor.

"I had it all under control Thor," she grumbled as she too, piled on food and started eating at an alarming rate, she was mid-bite when she realized that I was right next to her.

"This is Lady Sabrina Sif," Thor said after moment's silence as she continued to stare at me,"she helped defeat Loki."

"So you're the mortal who figured out Loki's scheme," she said in a tone as if she doubted her statement, before looking me up and down.

From how I was dressed, I'm sure that she didn't believe any of what Thor must have told her, I just rolled my eyes and pointed my finger at Fandral, who was making goo-goo eyes at me and I shouted,"Prohibere!"

His arms and legs bonded together as he fell backwards and off the bench, Sif's facial expression changing as soon as she saw that.

"Meet me in the courtyard for a battle," she said staring at me with a challenging look her face.

"Sif I don't think-"

"It's so on," I say as I stab the silverware knife into the table and march out only to turn back around and cup my hands to yell out,"BATTLE IN THE COURTYARD."

Once we were both out in the courtyard I insisted to fight in my dress and we were both handed a spear, shield, and a sword. Injury being the only way to win the battle, thankfully I had a very high pain tolerance. We circled each other for a few seconds before she tried to attack me from up high, of course I blocked this with my spear as I protected myself with my shield. The two of us went around trading blows, just barley blocking a jab to our sides. It wasn't until Sif made a move that ended with her spear being stuck in between my side and shield, with just one simple move, I broke her spear.

She let out a frustrated growl as she swiped her shield up, uppercutting my jaw and causing my lip to bleed and my lipstick to slightly smudge along with knocking me to the floor. My spear being broken as she aggressively stomped on it as she charged towards me only for her to quickly move away as I made a quick swipe with my sword, as made a small cut on her side. Our swords clashed as we continued to block each other's fatal blows until I made a swipe and almost cut her, this was her mistake and somehow also mine. As I went to stab Sif she caught my arm between her waist and her shield and she twisted my arm so that I was in a vulnerable position. She tried to stab me only to be blocked by my own shield and she pushed me away causing me to fall again, she walked over and picked up the broken spear piece. I quickly stood up as she tried to stab me with the spear, but using a trick that Diego taught me, the spear piece was quickly taken from her hand and lodged just bellow her shoulder blade.

There was a moment of silence before the crowd who was watching us from all around burst into cheers as I shyly smiled and offered my hand to Sif.

"Good fight," I said as I gently removed the spear and handed her a tiny bottle," put this on once a day for three days and the wound will be closed and no scars."

"You fight well," Sif said with an approving smile as she gladly accepted the tiny bottle,"Asgard would be proud to have you as their warrior."

All I could do was shake my head as I chuckled out," I've been a warrior for seventeen years ever since I was born. My fighting and warrior days are over for me."

She just sent me a respectful nod before walking away.

"You fought well Lady Sabrina," said Thor said as he pulled me into a gentle hug.

"Thanks Thor," I mumbled as I looked up at him,"I'm guessing it's time for me to head back home."

"I'm afraid so, but mother did become very fond of you and hopes for your return sometime soon."

"That would be nice," I said with a smile on my face and with a snap my suitcase was with me and we made our way across the rainbow bridge and to Heimdall.

"How fare the stars?"

"Still shining. From here I can see Nine Realms and ten trillion souls."

"Cool," I whispered under my breath.

Heimdall looked at me with a smile on his face and said,"indeed,"before turning to Thor,"you recall what I told you of the Convergence?"

"Yes, the alignment of the worlds. It approaches, doesn't it?"

"The universe hasn't seen this marvel since before my watch began. Few can sense, even fewer can see it. A world that's infected can be dangerous. It is truly beautiful."

There's a moment of silence as we all look out into the stars, in New York we can't even see beyond our streetlights. The only lights I was able to see were the lights of the city, but that didn't even compare to what I was seeing at this very moment.

"I see nothing," Thor said, breaking the silence.

"Or perhaps that is not the beauty you seek," Heimdall said, throwing me a quick glance, and I felt my cheeks turn red, but Thor just laughs.

"How is she?"

"She's quite clever, your mortal. She doesn't know it yet, but she studies the Convergence as well. Even..." he trails off as his face contours into a state of confusion and worry.

"What?"

"I can't see her," is all Heimdall whispers out.
