I watch the screen as Fury talks to Loki from his cell as I watch chills go down as I hear him talk, and I couldn't get out of my mind how different he acted when he was with me.

"The mindless beast, makes play he's still a man. How desperate are you, that you call upon such lost creatures to defend you? And the little witch so she can calm the beast, is that her only purpose to you?"

I turned to Banner who looked at me, the two of us looking shocked and hurt at this revelation only Banner looked like he finally a confirmation on the fear of him turning green. We turn watching the screen until it turns dark signaling the conversation was over.

"He really grows on you,"Banner says sarcastically, breaking the silence.

"Loki's going to drag this out, Thor what's his play?"

"He has an army called the Chitauri. They're not of Asgard or any world known. He means to lead them against your people. They will win him the earth. In return, I suspect, for the Tesseract."

"An army, from outer space? Sabrina, do you have anything that could help figured what they are?"

"No,"I say shaking my head,"unfortunately these creature don't belong to any form of mythology so I can't help you. But because he needs Selvig, it's a possibility that he could be building a portal."

"Selvig?"Thor says concerned.

"He's an astrophysicist,"I say, to help specify.

"He's a friend,"Thor says.

"Loki has him under some kind of spell, along with one of ours."

All eyes turn to me and I shake my head,"this is beyond witchcraft, but I would suggest a hard hit to the head, it could concussion the mind control away."

"I wanna know why Loki let us take him. He's not leading an army from here."

"He wouldn't budge," I said looking up,"but he's up to something and it has to do with us."

"I don't think we should be focusing on Loki. That guy's brain is a bag full of cats, you could smell crazy."

"Have care how you speak. Loki is beyond reason, but he is of Asgard, and he's my brother," Thor said in a defensive tone.

"Dude, he killed eighty people in two days!"

"He's adopted."

I roll my eyes and begin reading the book that I had just summoned until I heard the voice of Stark.

"No hard feelings, Point Break, you've got a mean swing. Also, it means the portal can open as wide, and stay open as long, as Loki wants. That man is playing Galaga! And Hocus Pocus over here is reading a book on demons. Thought we wouldn't notice, but we did," he covers the one eye that Fury is missing before speaking up,"how does Fury do this?"

"He turns,"I say without looking up at my book, I take a quick glance to see Stark place something under the desk.

" Well, that sounds exhausting. The rest of the raw materials, Agent Barton can get his hands on pretty easily. Only major component he still needs is a power source. A high energy density, something to kick start the cube."

This causes me to put my book down,"when did you become an expert in thermonuclear astrophysics?"

"Last night. The packet, Selvig's notes, the Extraction Theory papers. Am I the only one who did the reading?"

"Does Loki need any particular kind of power source?"

"He's got to heat the cube to a hundred and twenty million Kelvin just to break through the Coulomb barrier."

" Unless, Selvig has figured out how to stabilize the quantum tunneling effect."

I pip up and say,"well, if he could do that he could achieve Heavy Ion Fusion at any reactor on the planet."

"Finally, people that speak English."

Steve says something but Stark isn't paying attention

First he goes to shake Banner's hand,"it's good to meet you, Dr. Banner. You're work on anti-electron collisions is unparalleled. And I'm a huge fan of the way you lose control and turn into an enormous green rage monster."

I stand up and he turns to me and shakes my hand," pleasure Miss. Hargreeves, I thank you for spending all of your childhood training to being a superhero."

"Thank you Mr. Stark, and I must say I was a huge fan when your company was based on making dangerous weapons,"I say through tight lips.

There was a pause before he breathed out a chuckle and pointed at me,"I like you, why can't the rest of you be like her,"he says turning to address everyone else beside me.

"Miss Hargreeves and Dr. Banner are only here to locate the cube. I was hoping you might join him,"Fury said while walking into the room, making his presence known.

"Let's start with that stick of his. It may be magical, but it works an awful lot like a HYDRA weapon,"Rogers said, I just rolled my eyes at his ignorance.

" I don't know about that, but it is powered by the cube. And I'd like to know how Loki used it to turn two of the sharpest men I know into his personal flying monkeys."

"Monkeys? I do not understand?"Thor said not understanding the Wizard of Oz reference.

"I do,"Rogers said proudly," I understood that reference."

"Good for you, what do you want, a lollipop?"

Stark let's out a snort, before saying," Shall we play, doctor? You too Hocus Pocus."

"Must you ruin one of my favorite Halloween movies,"I groan out following the two science bros.

"Actually, Miss Hargreeves has to talk to Loki, he personally asked for her."

I raised an eyebrow,"jeez can you sound even more like a pimp? He personally asked for her, what am I, a stripper?"

Before I heard anyone else's responses, I just walked away heading toward Loki's cell.
