CH.15 Double Trouble

Mary Jane POV

1 Month Later

I was getting dressed for my date with Harry. Danielle still couldn't believe I'm handling this Peter/Gwen situation. I couldn't believe it either. But like I had said before, I needed to stay strong. Me and Gwen are EXTREMELY close now. She's almost like a sister, even though it's only been one month of our friendship. We have EVERYTHING in common. I was in the mirror, comparing my red and white dress. Both of them were flashy, but I didn't care. Danielle was no help. Gwen was sort of helping.
Danielle:"I think you should pick the red one. It makes you look sexy." She said as she was reading a magazine.
I gave her a 'are you fucking kidding me' look. She's so retarded.
Gwen:"I think you should pick the white one. It seems not too sexy and it's luxurious."
She's right.
MJ:"Well, it's seems like I'm picking the white one."
Danielle:"AWWW!" She says in disappointment.
Gwen was relieved, while Danielle was giving her a mean look. Danielle HATES Gwen. She's just being cordial because I'm friends with her. Which is really fucking funny. I got dressed and Danielle did my make-up. She did it BETTER than I do my own make-up. I stayed in the bathroom because both Gwen and Dani wanted to be "surprised."
Danielle:"DON'T COME OUT YET!!!!"
I laughed. Fucking Danielle.
Gwen:"Ok come out."
I walked out of the bathroom and both of their eyes was covered.
MJ:"So, what do you think?" I said as I grinned.
They both uncover their eyes and looked fascinated.
Gwen:"Wow Mary Jane you look REALLY beautiful." She said with a huge smile.
Danielle:"I mean what would you expect, it IS Mary Jane." She said sarcastically and a laugh.
Then I heard the doorbell. We all ran downstairs. Good thing I wasn't wearing high heels yet, I thought. Danielle opened the door and it wasn't Harry. It was Peter.
Danielle:"Ugh, it's just you." She walks away, annoyed. Did I EVER mention these two NOW hate each other because Dani is mean to Gwen....sometimes?
Peter:"I know Miss Toto." He said as he walk in and had that same evil grin.
Peter calls Dani 'Miss Toto' because she watches "The Wiz" a lot. And she recently got the part for The Wiz play as Dorthy's dog Toto. When in reality, she wanted to play as Dorthy. So that would be something she'll nevef forget because 1. Flash would laugh at her 2. It's embarrassing and 3. She's gonna be teased about this for forever. Especially from Peter.
Danielle:"Shut the fuck up nerd brain-"
Peter:"Ok Toto." He said with his evil grin.
Danielle:"Say Toto one more ti-"
MJ:"SHUT UP!"
They both got silent. I looked at Peter. I dragged him to the hallway to talk to him. I'll admit it, he's been a bit of an asshole since he started dating Gwen. That, I didn't like. I just hope Gwen isn't changing him into someone I don't want him to be like. Flash. I push him against the wall. He looked confused.
MJ:"You need to apologize to her, tiger."
Peter:"It's just a joke."
MJ:"I understand that. But Pete everyone's been teasing her about getting this part. And that isn't fair for her to go through that everyday. Especially with Flash, and Liz."
Elizabeth is the new girl at our school. She's such a bitch. The first day she started going to our school, she and Flash started dating. Which is sad and ridiculous. But true.
Peter:"Alright, I'll apologize. But if she teases me about me peeing on myself when I was 4, then I'm saying the Toto joke."
MJ:"Thanks tiger." I said as I hugged him.
Our hugging didn't end. We kept hugging. This boy's not letting me go. Then I felt someone watching us. Gwen. I immediately back away. Me and Peter look at each other awkwardly. We go back in the living room.
Peter:"Danielle I'm sorry for teasing you about getting the Toto part."
Danielle:"Apology accepted. I'm sorry I teased you about peeing on yourself." She said with a laugh.
Then we all laughed.
Peter:"Apology accpted."
Gwen:"Hug it out."
They hugged.
Peter:"You smell like a wet dog." He said, smiling.
Danielle:"Shut up."
The doorbell rang again. It was Harry.
Harry:"Hey guys. Hey beautiful." He said as he kisses me. Yes, me and Harry are in a relationship. We've been together for 4 weeks now. Me and Peter were about to leave, while I was walking out, Danielle put something plastic-like in my hand. A condom.
Danielle:"Just in case." She whispers in my ear and wink at me. Fucking Danielle.
Gwen:"Have fun you guys."
Danielle:"They'll have fun alright."
I heard Danielle say as I get in the car. Fucking Danielle. There's one thing I noticed, Peter hasn't said a WORD since Harry came.
