CH.19 Mindless

"I walk downstairs and it's not Harry. It's Gwen."

I stare at her with wide eyes. She looked like she's been crying and had her arms up. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!?! Then, behind her is.....Harry?! Oh god....He's holding a gun to her head. Me and Peter do not move. Harry has this evil, satisfied look on his face. I hope he goes to hell. I mean it too.
MJ:"Harry! What the hell are you doin-"
Harry:"I'm tired of Peter having you and Gwen. He doesn't even love you MJ. All he want is to hog you and-"
Peter:"What the hell are you talking about?! That's not even tr-"
Harry:"Well, I guess this is going to be a non-happy ending. Isn't it?" He says as he clicks his gun. Gwen cries even harder and I look at Harry's evil face and realize, I put Gwen in danger. I can't let this happen to my bestfriend. I just can't........
MJ:"Harry, please. We can get back together."
Once those words went out my mouth, I regret it. But, I have to save Gwen. He unclicks hks gun and lower it from Gwen's head. Both Danielle and Peter look at me with crazed looks on their faces. He lets Gwen go to Peter and they hug as Gwen sobs harder.
Harry:"Oh, bitch shut up!"
Peter looks at Harry with pure hate and was about to punch him. But I stop him.
MJ:"Baby, can I say bye to Pete?"
He looks at him and back at me.
Harry:"Go ahead."
I walk up to Peter and hug him.
MJ:"When I hug him, beat his ass tiger." I whisper in his ear.
Peter:"Alright."
I let go of Peter and hug Gwen.
MJ:"Call the police." I whisper in her ear.
Gwen:"Okay."
I let her go and start hugging Harry. He hugs me back, even though he's confused on why I'm hugging him.
MJ:"Bye Harry." I whisper in his ear.
He looks at me with an angry look.
I push him to the ground.
MJ:"Peter! Go!"
Peter grabs Harry and slams him against the wall. Gwen immediately calls 911. Danielle runs and grabs a knife. I try and take it from her, but she is really strong. I hold her from trying to kill Harry, while Peter and Harry fights. I heard the police sirens and the cops bust in my house.
Cop #1:"FREEZE!"
Peter and Harry stops fighting and I grab the knife from Danielle's hand and hide it.
Cop #2:"Who's disturbing the peace?"
Gwen:"Him, sir." She says as she points at Harry. Harry looks at her and give her a pure evil smile. The police arrests him and Peter gets out of his caution position. Harry turns to me as he leaves.
Harry:"I'll find you someday, Mary Jane."
He gets into the car and they drive off. My paranoia is finally gone. Hopefully. Me, Gwen, Peter, and Danielle all look at each other and look back outside, not regretting what we just did.
