We reached my home town its 5pm in the evening. I started fidgeting with the hem of my top nervously.

We reached infront of my house. Ani stepped out first. While malani went to her house to talk to her parents about it since only her family can manage appa. I'm still sitting inside the car feared to face appa.

Ani open the car door and asked me to get down. He and arjun anna are wearing masks so that our neighbors won't recognize them.

I took a deep breath and stepped out of the car.... Ani closed the door just then I noticed my reflection on the mirror.

That thaali hanging around my neck, that kumkumam on my partition with little kumkumam sprinkled on the tip of my nose. Ani came and stood behind me.
