It's been 6 days since y/n was taken away, two days ago Fury gave the order not to continue, just let the whole thing rest. Clint and Bruce did that as Fury said they didn't show up, Tony who didn't seem to care about anything, continued to work on the matter, he wanted to find out where exactly she is to maybe get her out of there, he knows it would be a stupid idea messing with the government but he doesn't care because everything that happens in this building where y/n is locked up is illegal and no one deserves to be tortured or humiliated.

Steve and Natasha try to gather more information but have found nothing new. Thor who is always with Tony Nat and Steve seems very distant and thoughtful he doesn't talk and doesn't contribute anything to the whole situation. The conversation with Loki doesn't let him rest, but maybe it really is just a stupid trick and why should he disturb his mother just because Loki invents lies?...

"What are you thinking about Romanoff so intensely?"

Steve asked as he walked over to Nat, who was holding a notebook, but quickly closed it when she realized Steve was approaching her.

"I'm wondering if we've missed something, if i've missed something, something that might have seemed unimportant..."
she explained to him

"You found something didn't you?"

"Well... Y/n had a ring.. In the red room, I got her a necklace to wear it around her neck brace this ring was to small to wear and so it wouldn't be too noticeable but then  it was taken from her, I got it given back to y/n as it seemed very important to her"

Nat recalled, and opens the notebook as she made a little sketch, not as detailed beacuse it was a long time ago but you can see what it's supposed to be.

"Wait, that's-"
Steve gets the sketch for familiar but before he can continue, Nat looks at him and seems to have some kind of epiphany and hurries sigh out of the room.

"And she's gone..nice"
Steve said, more himself since she's long gone, he turns and sits at the table as Thor enters the room

"Tell the others I have to go,"
Thor explained.

" where?" Steve asked

"I have to go home" Thor turned and left

"Why?" Shouted Steve so Thor could still hear him

"I need to clear something up"
Thor yelled back and hurried to get out of the building

"What is wrong with them today?" Steve asks himself as he looks at the security monitors and sees Nat walking into Loki's cell.

"Romanoff, it's been a long time,"
Loki stated, although he didn't even turn around, his back was to Nat as she approached him.

"Are you familiar with that?"
She asked as she holds the sketch she made against the glass, Loki turns and looks at her in confusion.

"My helmet, part of my armor I had on last year when I attacked New York, you were already aware of that Romanoff so why the sketch"

"How do you know y/n?"

"I don't know her,"
Loki replied, sitting down, feeling that this was going to be an interesting conversation.

"You're lying"
Nat accuses him, but it wasn't a complete lie, everything he thought was just a guess, nothing more

"Why should I?"

Nat held the piece of paper up again and explained to him:

"this symbol, this thing, your helmet, it was a ring"
