Meanwhile the others have arrived too after Natasha explained to Fury, Clint, Bruce and Thor how it all unfolded and explained to them that y/n is known as shadow and the leader of the unknown group is, they look confused and questioningly at Nat Tony and Steve

"okay....you want to tell me that this kid....who is really just a kid...shadow....is the shadow that killed so many agents..."

Bruce asked skeptically, Nat and Steve just nodded in confirmation of Bruce's summary.

"and even now that we know it's her, we got nothing out of is,"

although he's also right y/n doesn't talk, and it doesn't look like she'll ever talk.

"She's smarter than I thought,"
Fury replied,

Steve who is still annoyed by her and everything she said to him just rolls his eyes and turns away from the group, he goes to the monitors and watches y/n just sitting there apparently talking to loki, another one thing the avengers didn't expect, loki and y/n get along too well. Maybe it's because they're both evil, both despised by the world and somehow very similar.

"this will not be your problem anymore"

Explains Ross who is knows as Mr. Secretary as he walks into the meeting room with unknown men behind him.

Suddenly everything went quiet, the avengers look at each other questioningly and even steve, who previously kept his distance, has now joined the group and everyone is waiting for a further explanation. Which they also get quickly.

"We're going to take her with us and you're going to give me all the records and files, all the information you've gathered so far."

Ross explains to the group, while the 5 unknown men who came with him are already starting to pack the boxes and all the files that are on the table.

"I expect everything by tomorrow, including the things that can only be found in your computers. Load them all onto a USB stick and they'll be picked up tomorrow,"
he continues.

"You don't really think she's going to talk to you, do you? if she doesn't talk to any of us"

protests nat as she snatches a file from one of the men's hands.

"Ms. Romanoff we have specialists to attend to this little one"

Ross replied as he turned to the monitors and watched her, Nat's expression went dark at that moment, everyone saw her anger at that moment including the others look rather shocked as it's clear which specialists he's talking about, just everyone thought the government would be better than the red room or hydra, but it seems they all use the same methods to get someone to talk. 

"It's  agent, agent romanoff and the red room, and then hydra, it doesn't matter what you're going to do to her, she won't talk, that's the point, she was trained, educated to take these *methods* as you call it and not to react to something like that."

Nat's tone was serious and somehow desperate, she talks louder than usual but not that loud that she is screaming.

"And besides, she's been through it all, as many times and as much as anything was done to her...... You won't get anything... except you toture a 16 year old  and hurt her..."

Attempts to reason with Mr. Secretary, but it doesn't seem to help, he looks at her with an almost evil grin.
"Agent Romanoff, don't bother ...in this moment she's being taken out of the cell and soon she won't be your problem anymore"

when he said that everyone turned in shock and looked at the surveillance monitors, because it was true, they saw three men coming into Loki's and y/n's cell
