Tip 8: Naps Are Welcome

Remember when you were little and used to love nap time, well you are about to feel like that again. Your body is going through hell and working extra hard to fight off these unwanted cells so help it out and do not overwork yourself. If you feel tired, take a nap. Please do not see this as a weakness your body needs to refuel. I don't know about you but for some of my treatments I felt tired and napped the day of treatments and a couple days after. So find out how your body reacts to your treatment and plan your schedule ahead to fit in naps.
