Not going to lie, treatment days are rough no matter what kind of treatment you get. If possible, have someone go with you to keep you company and help you out. I always have at least two people in my family go with me. Sometimes they go inside and other times they wait in the car but it just makes me feel better knowing that they are there. Pack a throw blanket depending on your treatment you might get chilly. Take a book, laptop, coloring book, or something you enjoy to help keep you busy. I would get lost in a book and time would fly by. Eat something either before or during your treatment. I learned if I ate before or during I would be fine but if I ate after it would come right back up if you know what I mean. Drink a lot of water the day before and the day of your treatment. Keep your schedule light the day before, the day of, and even the day after your treatment because you might feel tired and sick.
