If you are feeling sick then try sucking on some candy. It might just surprise you and help. I learned to keep jolly ranchers, lollipops, and ginger candy in my purse. When I would start to feel sick I suck on one and a lot of the times if I caught it at the right moment I'd feel better. My doctor used to joke because my tongue would always be a different color but it helped.
