"08:45 p.m.... where the hell is she?", I muttered, standing in front of the cinema waiting. Feeling queasy, I swallowed hard because I was currently in a quandary.

Lately, Namra sought uncomfortably often the proximity to me. Even though we were already sitting on top of each other 24/7 anyway due to skating and tutoring, she wanted to spend even more time with me and that kind of scared me.

I should have canceled...

I felt my phone vibrate in my coat pocket. I immediately pulled it out and looked at the screen. Inwardly I hoped that Namra had written to me and had to cancel for some reason. But my wish didn't come true when I read the message.

Where are you? I already went inside; it was cold outside :3

I swallowed again and took a deep breath before entering the cinema. Namra sat in the anteroom on a long red sofa. Her long black hair hung sideways in her face, and she had supplemented her autumnal loose outfit with a dark red hair band.

When she saw me, she immediately jumped up and came towards me. "Hey! There you are, hope you didn't wait too long outside..."

She pulled me into a warm hug and checked me off in response. "You look good!" she said with a grin, pulling lightly on my brown coat to look at the fabric. "Thanks! You too," I returned the compliment and thought it appropriate to admire her outfit as well.

"Thanks! Made myself look extra pretty, even if we do end up sitting around in a dark hall watching a movie," she laughed, and together we made our way to the ticket booth.

"It never hurts to look good! Well, how are you doing? Aren't you too tired from training?", I inquired. "I'm fine, at least you're here," she giggled and put a hand on my shoulder. Embarrassed, I laughed.

I should stop flattering her... what I do is not real and could be my undoing....

We quickly arrived at the counter and Namra and I looked up at the program board. "What movie do you want to watch?", I inquired, pointing my chin to the board. "How about 'Love at First Sight'?"

A romance novel?

"Could we have two tickets for 'Rabbit Psycho'?", I asked the woman at the counter in a flash. Shortly after, I was poked in the side, causing me to wince ticklishly. After that, Namra clung to my arm and looked up at me.

"I don't like psycho movies!" she protested, pouting. "I'm sure your boyfriend can protect you during the movie! In 'Love at First Sight' only the first row is still free, in 'Rabbit Psycho', for example, there are still many seats in the middle!", the woman at the switch interfered and turned the computer screen around, whereupon she showed us the free seats.

Namra and me? A couple? No, no.

"Then we'll take the Psycho movie, all right," Namra conceded defeat. The woman at the counter nodded affirmatively and handed us the tickets after I paid for them. After that, we got popcorn and coke. Towards the auditorium, our tickets were validated by a man and thereupon we continued our way to the auditorium.
