Percy POV

I was expecting the lady in her usual physical presence, well she wanted to be our guide to her mom's realm.

I know she was waiting to show her true colours and torture us to death after Gaea needed our blood not we being alive. And she would of course oblige her sister's generous offer.

And sure the original shield of Hercules was with her as she informed after Hercules's mortal body was burned that thing returned to her.

Well she told her villain monologue that nobody could hide from misery blah blah blah. Well when Bob told her previously that we must return to mortal world she had licked her lips as if forming a plan.

Oh no Annabeth was trying to distract the poison lady not knowing how much pain she could cause to her.

I was ready to use my primordial power but the bad thing was I didn't feel any difference like running in my veins like the water power did. And I sadly remembered I had not practice yet after getting it as I did much to my inheritance.

Oh then I don't need to act much to show the indifference.

But Annabeth was dumb enough to say Achylys 'a minor godess', and how she being a daughter of Athena would not listen to her.

I mean seriously if Bob was with us Achylys might have harmed him. Annabeth was not a dumb blonde type before.

I prayed to Chaos and every gods to use my power in right time and successfully like , giving her taste of her own medicine I mean poison, spraying them to her haglike face, sure it would be tiring but it would be worthy for the torture I received in dream.

Well upon Annabeth's request I also started to bait the godess and she obliged. It was the only way to pass through the monster armies of Tartarus.

But I highly doubted she would give us it going against her uncle unless she had a plan of herself like kidnapping us, or squeezing out our blood or offer us a sacrifice and so many.

Well upon agreeing we went on the path and we stood by the edges of Void at , yikes. Achylys looked excited oh no.

And by the time she had applied her death mist to us and we looked like shadows. I could not count my fingers my body was dissolving, white smoke coming from my feet.

My needed powers seemed like tied to a knot I have to be ready as it is greater power than even my father Poseidon I think and remembering the pride in Pontus's voice praising me I assumed I held much power that made the deity equal to me so I concentrated but every time my eyes darted to the corpse like body of my girlfriend.
