Mc " know what i used to do with my girlfriends on girls night out ?"

Riley " No what ?"

Mc " we had a game ,you would drink an entire glass of wine then take two shots of tequila , it was fun because some of them would pass out . I haven't seen or spoken to them in years ".

Riley " i have tequila "

Mc " you want to do that ?"

Riley " why not , we're already drinking. If we pass out then at least we're at Home ".

Mc " you're right , let's finish off this wine first , I'll refill the wine .you get the tequila and shot glasses "

Riley " to the kitchen "

The minute her back was turned I pulled the syringe out and dumped the mix into her glass . I refilled her's first and then mine . We sat at the kitchen table ,I handed her the glass and sat opposite her.

Mc " Are you sure you want to do this Riley ?"

Riley " I'm sure ,you only live once "

Mc " okay but if i pass out before you ,then you'll have to take care of me "

Riley " Same here "

She  filled the shot glasses .

Mc " remember you gotta drink the wine without stopping, that's what gives you the kick "

Riley " okay , I'm ready "

Mc " i haven't done this in years , let's go 1 , 2 ,3 , Drink ".

I watched her lean the glass to her head and drink. I drank also but my wine was mixed with water she finished before me . We then drank two shots of tequila .

Riley " shit that was exciting "

Mc " i forgot what it felt like "

We continued to drink. It was almost  2 in the morning . I saw the sleeping pill take effect. She was starting to sway . Sleeping pills and alcohol never go well together .

Mc " Riley are you okay ?"

Riley " i think I'm drunk "

Mc " Okay let's get you to the couch ".

Halfway to the couch she started dragging her feet , her words were beginning to slur . I just smiled , I sat there looking at her, I gave her another twenty minutes and then she was out cold . I went over to my apartment and came back with ten rolls of duct tape.

I took a chair from the kitchen and brought it to the living room , I tapped her feet together ,then her hands.  I mummified her, only her eyes and nose were visible. I screwed the chair to the ground then taped her to the chair ,she wasn't going anywhere . When I was satisfied I left her and walked out of the house and into the shed.

I opened the door and walked down the stairs. I came to a stop at the bottom of the stairs. My first thought was , would he be angry at me for not finding him sooner? Would he recognise me ? . There was only one way to find out.

I walked up to the glass , he was sleeping. I tapped on the glass but didn't say anything.

Jake " leave me the fuck alone Riley"

I tapped again

Jake " Can't you understand , leave me alone Riley "

Mc " Jake "

He sat up instantly and looked at me. He had this look on his face , he walked up to the glass and kept looking at me.

Mc " jake "

Jake " Angel "

I started crying ,I rested my hands on the glass and so did he.

Jake " you found me "

Mc " i didn't know jake ,i didn't or i would have found you earlier . I'm sorry "

Jake " where is she ?"

Mc " she's passed out , loaded full of alcohol and sleeping pills ,i taped her  to a chair "

Jake " i love you "

Mc " wait I'll get you out "

I punched in the code on the pad, I saw Riley enter it earlier . The minute the door was open he held me and kissed me,I held onto him and cried . She took him away from me ,we  Lost two years .

Jake " I love you so much  ,I missed you every single day Angel . I missed Jake too , I'm sorry I wasn't there ".

Mc " How do you know about Jake?"

Jake " Riley told me  ,she gave me pictures of him "

Mc " let's go ,i don't want to be down here , I'll need to call the director "

We headed back upstairs ,when he saw where he was he cursed. When we got into the house and he saw her he wanted to strangle her.

JAKE

I was now settling into a comfortable sleep when I heard her tapping on the glass , but the minute she said my name I knew something was different.
The person standing on the opposite side of the glass wasn't Riley ,she looked familiar like I knew her.when she said my name ,it sank in Mc.

She found me , the minute the door was open I held onto her and kissed her. I needed to know this was real. When we walked out of there I cursed ,she took me where MC had been . there was no way they would have found me even if they knew i was alive. When I saw her I wanted to kill her ,but Angel wouldn't let me . She was staring at me.

Jake " Angel , why are you looking at me like that ?"

Mc " I'm trying to let it really sink in that you're alive and here with me.  I died that day Jake ,when they told me you were gone . I couldn't handle it ".

Jake " I know love ,i know "

Mc " your son is going to he so happy"

Jake " I can't wait to see him . How did you find me ?"

Mc" we went to visit Jeffrey , we were at the bakery when i saw her. I followed her all the way here".

Jake " Does the others know?"

Mc " No i didn't tell them ".

Jake " Lets go love ,I need a shower  and some sleep ".

Mc " let's go over to my apartment , she's not going anywhere ".

I followed her out and across the street to her apartment.
