Oh god no, this can't be happening now. I can't lose my child ,the pain was too much . He was supposed to be here with me but he's not. I couldn't do this. I can't lose my child not now but after everything that I've been through a few minutes later I saw Hannah and aunt Rachel  walk in. They came over to me and held my hand .

Hannah "  Hey you going to be ok, so will the baby ".

MC " I can't  lose my baby , he's all i have left "

Rachel "  you're not ,both of you are going to be ok "

I just nodded ,the contractions were getting closer and closer . I started crying .

Dr Goodwin walked into the room with another female nurse .

Nurse " Dr , she's ready ".

Dr Goodwin " okay ,time to start pushing mc ,soon your baby boy will be with you . Okay mc Here comes another one sweetie, squeeze."

I almost tore Hannah's  arm off.

Doctor"Okay people let's do this, we're gonna start pushing now, soon we'll
have a baby  here with us "

I pushed for  four freaking hours then i heard that small sound that made me feel so happy.

Dr Goodwin " congratulations mc ,you have a beautiful baby boy , we need to clean him up and get him into the incubator "

Mc " i want to see him please "

Dr Goodwin walked over to me , and showed him to me .he was so small "

Rachel " Will he be okay ?".

Dr Goodwin " well he's pretty big for a preemie ,but we'll take good care of him , nurse let's get him cleaned up "

Nurse " the incubator is already here and prepare , we'll get the mother cleaned up "

Mc " Hannah ,you can name him ,you and Lilly chose a name ".

When i looked at her she had tears in her eyes "

Rachel " Don't cry sweetheart "

Hannah " Thank you , we wanted to name him Jake "

Mc " then that's okay with me ".

Hannah " I'll let the others know ".

The fact that MC would let us name him after our brother meant the entire world to us. Lilly and I had already talked about it , we wanted him to be named Jake even if MC had another name for him he should have the name Jake. I was so proud of her before I met the others. I stood alone in the hallway and I cried because he wasn't here , he should have been able to be here  ,to see his son he won't ever get to see him .

I stood there and cried. I saw Lilly and the others walk over to me. She came up to me and hugged me.

Lilly "  is everything ? How is mc ,and the baby " .

Hannah " you guys are back already"?

Phil " yes it's been almost five hours , besides Jeffrey assured us he would take care of anything else ,that she needed us ".

Gabe " how is my daughter ,and my grandson ?".

Hannah "  they Are both okay . he's beautiful ,MC asked me to name him ".

Phil " you did give him his father's name didn't you ".

Jessy "  of course she did ".

Hannah "  I did , his name is Jake and he's so beautiful ".

Thomas " can we see her ?".

Hannah "  in a few moments they're going to clean her up and take her to her room ".

Cleo "  and the baby ?".

Hannah " he's okay ,the doctor said he's a bit on the big side for a premature baby , but it looks like it'll be okay ".

Dan "  thank God , because if she lost him then her life would have ended she wouldn't want to be alive anymore".

We were standing in the hallway we hadn't been there long when we saw ,Dr Goodwin and Rachel walking out

Gabe "  Rachel is everything okay ?".

Rachel "  everything is fine  Gabe , Congratulations you have a beautiful grandson , Lilly you have a nephew "

Lilly " thank you ,for allowing Hannah and i to be here to be apart of this ".

Gabe " of course we would ,he was your brother , you're all family now ".

Dr Goodwin "  congratulations all around , MC is doing fine and so is the baby .he's actually able to breathe on his own a bit but we still have him in the incubator .they're both in the room you can go see them "

Gabe " thank you Dr for everything ,for making sure they're both okay ".

Dr Goodwin " it's my job plus you and mc have been friends for a long time . Go see your daughter and grandson ".

When we walked into the room she saw us she started smiling .

Cleo " Congratulations mc I'm so proud and happy for you ".

Mc " You do know you're grandma right"

Cleo " oh god don't "

We started laughing , just then two nurses walked in pushing in the incubator ".

Mc " Say Hello to jake everyone "

They all rushed over to see him.

Phil " Damn mc , he's perfect , I'm Godfather ".

Jessy " I'm Godmother "

Rachel " really "

Gabe " I'm so proud of you sweetheart, I know your mom would be proud of you and so would jake ".

It wasn't hard figuring out which hospital they took her to , I already had my false identification and my nurse outfit . I walked into the hospital and got dressed in one of the closets. It was easy. I just went around the front desk and found her room. I helped one of the nurses push the incubator into her room  .When I walked I was shocked they were all there ,Jake's sisters and his friends , but they didn't seem to notice me ,all eyes were on the baby.

I had pinned a tiny camera to my name tag  that way I would record everything , I recorded their entire conversation just going crazy over the baby . They named The baby Jake. Well, that was smart. She lost one Jake so she got another one . I just stood off to the side looking at the baby , he really was beautiful. He was all Jake, he didn't have anything of MC, just her eyes , I could tell from that alone .

they were all talking about who's godmother and who's Godfather. Jake would get a kick out of this , maybe I'll give him a picture of his child so he could see that. I just looked at MC and they didn't recognize me. I was standing right there in front of them and they didn't recognize me. This was glorious. I just looked at her

Riley " congratulations and take care of your baby "

MC " thank you and I intend to , Dad  before we get home I want that entire house to be on lockdown , nobody's getting into that house neither is anyone getting into this hospital room without me knowing who it is ".

Gabe " you're going to be a tyrant aren't you ?".

MC " no I'm not ".

Phil "  yes she is , she's starting already she won't let him do anything".

MC "  I already lost Jake once , I'm not about to let that happen again ".

I left them to their conversation and walked out the room I went back into the closet changed and I left it would be a long ass drive back home but it was worth it I can't wait to show Jake this.
